I came from Twickenham, Isleworth area to buy an item. Everything was in perfect condition. The item was still in its box and looked very new. I found the staff very kind and very professional. They immediately were in full view about the item and the condition of the item. I was happy buying from Cex. I definitely recommend them.

Awesome customer service, they searched for products for me in depth and suggested great alternatives where one product wasn't available. New branch, highly recommended. At the moment you can get £1 extra store credit with a voucher (because it's a new store) which are still available at the entrance of the shop (not sure how long the offer will be on for).

This branch is run by genuine lovers of tech and gaming and you can tell by the items in store. Everything from latest tech/games to even retro games from consoles gone bye.
I love to go in just to see what hidden gems they have unearthed.

Good condition, cheap I mean what else you want to ask for they have phones games smartwatches I can keep going all day long what am trying to say is, THAT THEY HAVE EVERY THING wow this is one the best second handed shops

Every time I visit I get a friendly and welcoming greeting , the staff have the time to chat about movies..they all seem to have a knowledge of varied movie genres.

always the best here best service and always happy people can be a bit dodgey on prices so please check before hand as they will tey to get it cheaper so know what your doing befoee going into them its always worth noting try and take the latest tech to them as they give top price and it doesnt have a grade as with a new console out all they have is a boxed price not unboxed same as new phones they only have a grade price so get rid before they get all other prices for b and c or unboxed so your guranteed full money
