Today I have enjoyed first class service from the staff of Wickes Littlehampton. I just want to say thank you to Claire, Laura and Jack.
My first contact was with Claire on a telephone enquiry, she was most helpful with an excellent telephone manner. I then went along to the store where Jack looked after me, with assistance from Laura. Both these young people gave me the sort of customer service I thought was a thing of the past! If only we could have more of their high calibre then “going to the builder’s merchant would be something to look forward to!! Well done all of you and thank you. John Walls Qa3 ltd.

Always great service here, only thing I've not been able to buy for trades is brilliant white acrylic wood paint. Other than that they tend to have what's needed!

Went to the store today to buy a radiator key, the young man that helped me was so polite and helpful ( like all the staff there) a credit to the store will definitely go back 👍👍👍👍 keep up the great work , not being to DIY savvy was not looked down on in anyway at all

Always a good deal and plenty of choice. All the basics to do most jobs well. Improved quality of tools and fixings on display now. Some good offers around the store. Paint remover is with scrapers and sandpaper not other liquids. Some new kitchen designs.

We have had a new kitchen installed. The designer (In Littlehampton) was excellent, gave good advice and had no problem changing a design at a later date, although not too late.
The materials used are very good quality, all made to measure.
The installers (dynamic Solutions) were fantastic, very skilled and professional. Everything for them was no trouble, very accommodating and excellent after care. Head office customer care was also of a high standard, had to call them for a small hic-up, they sorted out with absolutely no hassle. I would give Wickes 10 Stars if I could. Wonderful service. well done.

I got all that I came for. One person was very helpful in finding one of the items for me, thank you. The prices were better than some places too.

Truly my happy place. A builder's merchant like no other. A wonderland of tools and materials; Seriously, who reads reviews of builder's merchants rather than just going to the nearest one or the same one every time?

Parked up. Went in. Bought some sandpaper. Paid. Left. Walked back to the car. OMG. Incredible experience. I can't recommend it enough.

This is my favourite Wickes store because they have a BBQ every Saturday afternoon. It's usually in the outdoor area near the fencing and you can bring your own booze. I went yesterday and ate 50 wooden burgers before I passed out somewhere near the decking. I woke up later inside the display kitchen and it took me 2 hours before I realised that I wasn't at home. I used the toilet on the way out but I'm not sure if it was working, plus some woman was shouting at me about leaving all the lights on and calling me babe. It wasn't my wife so can only assume it was another customer who was delerious after eating too many Wickes burgers.

Having visited this store during the week I received excellent service and advice which was provided by a young lady called Sam (Samantha I presume ). Her knowledge and advice helped me make the right purchase for the job I was doing. Thank you Wickes for the this service.

Today I purchased some roofing sheets. I was helped with knowledgeable information and loading by a very polite and pleasant young man name of Lewis. Who is not only a credit to your store but also to his parents. Thank you Lewis.

Staff in Wicks are always helpful. Nice size store. Usually manage to get what I want including mixed paint colours.

Been here many times. On my last visit, was greeted with extremely friendly staff. Could not believe how polite they were and engaging. Thank you staff at LA Wickes

Worthing is my nearest store at only 2 miles away, but I'd much rather do the 14 mile round trip and use this store! The staff here are helpful and know what they are doing, whereas the Worthing store is a disaster! I can only praise the Littlehampton branch and advise anyone to use this store as opposed to Worthing.

A really friendly and helpful team at Littlehampton. I made a silly mistake with and order but they helped me wasting a journey.

super friendly staff, good range of stock, pity there is a company policy to not cut large sheets to required sizes, have to go to B&Q Bognor for that...

Always something on offer bought tiles that look like wooden planks , bargain at £8 , Eleven in pack.

Great staff, good stock levels, have to keep going this store as worthing stocks are always low

Click and collect very quick staff extremely helpful. Helped me load car with a very bulky item.
