I contacted all ears hearing via their website on Sunday evening regarding my elderly father . He had told me over the phone that his left hearing aid had stopped working and he was struggling to hear . I asked for an appointment on either Wednesday or Thursday when I would have been able to take my dad to a clinic . I had a phone call from Alison around 9am on Monday morning when she offered to visit dad at home that day . She visited dad that afternoon and promptly repaired his hearing aid . He was thrilled to be able to hear clearly again and very grateful for the kind and prompt response to my enquiry. I would thoroughly recommend this practice who have always given good service to my dad but went over and above on this occasion. Thank you again Alison.

A bit of difficulty with an aid not working after 3 years of use. I expected the aid would have to go back to Starkey but David fixed it and it was back with me next day. Excellent service. I am really pleased.

Very impressed with David's care and attention, thank you. Also, with Starkey labs he sent my ear piece to, whose expertise and effort were able to adapt the ear piece and mould to my particular needs. Well done and thank you.

Absolutely amazing service from Alison! She came out to my home at short notice to service and fix my very poorly grandpa's hearing aid so that he can at least hear his family talking to him! I really can't recommend the service enough, and the kindness and compassion she showed me and my family! If I could give more stars I would! Thank you Alison! Xxx

Great service today from David! I can now hear again, he explained everything clearly to me during the appointment and made me feel at ease. Really recommend and will be visiting again in the future!

I rang the clinic this morning and explained my problem and got it sorted within two hours . David cleared the wax and was very informative and professional throughout the procedure . Highly recommended thank you
