Mamas & Papas Cheltenham (At Next)

Fantastic experience. My husband and I are having our first baby and wanted to physically see and touch the car seats and strollers. Marisa and Jess were so helpful! They spent well over an hour showing us demos of the products, talking us through safety ratings, and had a completely relaxed no pressure sales attitude. They were genuinely interested in helping and even walked our preferred car seat to our vehicle to ensure it fit and showed us how to properly install it. We were very comfortable making purchases from them and will certainly be back.

My husband and I went along to the Mamas and Papas store in Next, Cheltenham in the hope of looking at some pushchairs and car seats. Libby served us and couldn’t have been more helpful. She answered all our questions and modelled all the features of the pushchairs in a very non-pushy way. We both came away very impressed with the service and the items themselves. Thank you Libby!

I thought the staff were very unhelpful and actually quite rude.
We wanted to purchase a pushchair and other items but the sales assistant didn't seem to care or seem interested in helping us.

There was 1 other couple browsing and the 2 sales assistants behind the desk. I went to the counter and I asked about a product, instead of coming over to help/demonstrate just gave a very blunt reply.

We left the shop without buying anything and very disappointed in the experience
