Asda Queensferry

I find everything I need here. Scan&Go is great, as it helps me save precious time and I see how much I spend before I get to check-out.

My client would like Asda for sending Peter to deliver my weekly shopping recently, he’s so nice and helpful to my client who is registered blind. Brilliant customer service, thank you Asda!

Reasonable pricing. Scan as you shop is available & generally works well. Use the Asda App to get worthwhile money off vouchers & deals. Better in Q'ferry at stock-level management than they used to be. The clothes section has abandoned boy/girl segregation in the children's section, but not in styles & design... which doesn't make much sense on either count.

Large Asda superstore in Queensferry. It's got a 24 hour petrol station, opticians, McDonalds, barbershop, toilets, a travel agents, Timpsons and cash machines.

The driver today, Rhys, was absolutely brilliant. I had forgotten my order was due and am not very well. I thought I’d have to refuse delivery, but Rhys packed the whole shop into the bags for life I’d ordered with the shopping and left it for me in the porch. He’s absolutely a superstar. Please note that to his manager! Thanks.

Just had a great experience in asda, my autistic son wanted turkey dinosaurs and nothing else would do. I asked a young lad called "Danny" for help. He went above and beyond what someone stacking the shelves would normally do. Took me to the freezer where they should have been and the shelf was empty. That's where it would normally have ended but Danny who I could see was busy went in the back to look, came back with a scanner, scanned the barcode, found out the delivery was a week late and couldn't have been more apologetic. What a nice guy! Shame about the late delivery but these things happen

Plenty of parking, large store. Rarely can't find what you need. They have george and food outlet onsite. Barbers, opticians , electrical goods, and more

Very busy towards Xmas, but so is everywhere else. Not expensive either

I must say a really big THANK YOU to the Colleague who this morning went beyond the call of duty. Looking for a magazine, I could see she was busy putting them out. I asked for a specific one to which she replied it would be in one of her boxes. I resolved to go back later. However much to my surprise about 10 minutes later when I was at the other end of the store I saw her coming towards me with a big smile on her face holding out the magazine I had requested.. Made my day.

Just wanted to say that your delivery driver Aaron is extremely helpful and friendly. He's delivered to my house a couple of times and offers to help you pack, while others just stand there and watch you struggle. He's always smiling and has a quick chat with you. I wish all your staff were like him, and I think he deserves recognition.

Top notch Asda outlet - lots of choices and place buzzing and great produce...

Queensferry .. very lucky.

My stepson has just rang me to go online and give this store a 5 star review for helping him.He is wild camping with just his dog and trailer from Hull.He rang to say that have helped him out hugely with hot water and shelter.He can't praise them enough.Good to see there are some genuinely good people out there.

Have visited the store many times since it went to be a super store.
Excellent clothing range which i spend hours at.

Its a very very busy store more so at weekends

Service at the Photo Counter is excellent and very personal. Always had outstanding quality on film processing and​ image printing.
Hope this will not be taken over by Photo-Me as in so many other stores.
When Photo-Me does take it over.....I will go elsewhere, as they offer bad service, bad quality at horrendous pricing!

Larger format store with good George offering including Sound, Vision & Homewares + Opticians. Convenient location just off Queensferry bypass and loads of parking + fuel filling station.

Very impressed with how the store manager (so nice that a lady) really understands what her staff are dealing with at this awful time. People can be rude in normal circumstances and now as having to queue as well are worse xx

Asdas is amaaaaaazing. We went there for the day on Saturday. Free entry is a bonus & the selection of food is great. We enjoyed the freezer section because it's cold. The fish part was great but the fish were not very swimmy. We also watched the Pizza demonstration, but we got bored after an hour.
All in all a great day 😀

Easy parking here , lots of great products and lots of offers . Can be alittle busy at weekends

If you like ASDA then this should be a good place for you. Lots of free parking, a couple of ATMs then a large store with,in my experience, helpful staff. In the store there is an optician, again very helpful, as well as the usual range of goods. Also a McDs too, if that's your thing.
