Absolutely amazing experience, went in on Saturday, young girl was very patient with me while I was trying to explain what tools I wanted, took the time to check stock and let me look and check whether it was the right thing I wanted, all in all very helpful young lady, she was courteous and friendly, outstanding member of staff, highly recommend and definitely will be buying from here again, thank you very much

Used to enjoy coming here, even made a point out of giving feedback to the manager about the great staff in front of them all.

Today sadly I take it back because the same manager Tony was so rude, patronising and unhelpful when I came in. "we're like argos, not a small little DIY shop - go over there and search for what you want. We don't make recommendations otherwise we could get sued"
Load of old balls. I didn't want a recommendation I just needed help finding the name of what I wanted and he didn't even want to help with that.
