Went to get dictionary id seen on line said available instore got there but not available.excuse was only a small store.second lady we t to a lot of trouble to fi d me one and she did .always find that some of the staff in whsmith llook down thier nose at you not a great customer experience.but the lady that got the book was great.excellent job

Good stock but cramped store makes the experience unpleasant

Awful store! Needed to go into this shop to buy a map of the area. Husband wearing a face mask as he is undergoing cancer treatment .followed by store assistant around the store like we were a couple of shop lifters! Didn't seem satisfied until we left the store- minus the purchase we were going to make! Awful service!
