Convenient store located close to where l live always have deals on certain items Using my Binus card on a Tuesday is excellent too being a Pensioner every little helps .

Everything here is fresh and lovely staff.

Have had some good experiences shopping at iceland,
The staff are friendly, kind and work really hard.
I use home delivery mostly and the service has been, reliable, consistent, friendly.
In store its well laid out and clean.
If you want frozen or fresh food, houshold or just cost effective supplies, iceland is a handy place to visit.

Antonia has EXCELLENT customer service! She is a delight, she was the only cashier and there was a long queue yet despite this she was polite and kept working fast and conversed with customers. It is a pleasure shopping at Iceland when they have staff like this… she deserves a promotion! Thank you Antonia :o)

Full of products easy for shopping

This is a medium size store. Nice layout, so it's easy to navigate around. Bright and clean. Good clear signposts to each aisle. A very good selection of chilled produce, with a good range of fresh produce such as fruits and vegetables. Price range is very good with on going promotions each week. A wide range of desserts. The frozen fish has a good selection of what you'd expect i.e. salmon, prawns etc. Very wide choice of pizzas, and a surprisingly good selection of vegan foods. Oodles of noodles to choose from, all very reasonably priced. Toiletry section is also very good, soap powder, cleaning sprays, disinfectant and deodorant to name but a few. A pleasant shopping experience without costing too much.

Good products, customer service!

Iceland is a really great store if you would like to find food at a decent price! I love it because you can find products that you would never find in other supermarkets due to their exclusivity! There are also plenty of slimming world products here as well including the hi-fi bars!

Good little store loads of bargains

Today, Thursday 26th March was my designated day for shopping, so i wrote a list and headed for Iceland in Waltham Cross. Well marshalled and queuing outside at 2 meter distances, marshalled well on the door. I thanked the guys working there for their work and commitment. They don't have to do this, but they are keeping us stocked with food. Only allowing a few people in at a time, is brilliant. The layout of the floor near the tills is superb so we all keep our distance. The checkout girl that served me was superb, friendly, smiling and courteous. I am proud of them all and in debt to them for their commitment to keep me as an individual with food. Thank you Iceland.

Love Iceland i mainly shop online but do pass once in a while if im out. Iceland is so ideal for me and my kids and cheap delivery if you spend under £35 and free delivery if £35 and over there great better than other supermarkets.

absolutely love this waltham cross store Food is great, location is great and staff are also great.Was served by a tall blond pretty looking female and she helped pack my items,helped count my money, had a lovely chat and made sure I was able to carry my items to my car . extremely grateful .

Fantastic food, u can get delivered, plus if you 60 + you can get 10% of on a tuesday, no minimum spend, every penny counts. Well done Iceland.

Good choice of food, polite staff, all good.

Love this Iceland and love the staff too! Always sail in 15 mins before closing time and it's never an issue 😆

Nice little store, well stocked. Parking at the back I am told but I park outside for free for 30mins

I love Iceland. So many bargains

Great place for a quick shop or if you're on a tight budget, if you want same day delivery my best advice is get there and do your own shopping and ask for the earliest delivery slot they have available. Although the plus side of doing this is you only have to spend a maximum of £20 to get a home delivery.

Friendly staff and great selection

Not a regular Iceland shopper, however went in to see what they had and came out with a bargain bag full. Pretty happy with that.
