Amazing first time ever today called in for a few bits and well must be the biggest shop ever it’s got everything really clean well stocked super parking the only minus was today at 3.30 pm walked in to the cafe just for a quick cup of tea and was met by a very very rude lady who was behind the counter and was told to go away as no time to make you anything as you won’t have time to eat or drink it ?????
So it’s a 10/10 for the store
But the CAFE er no good 1/10 only for the fact of very rude staff
But all that said definitely go again (but not to the cafe )

This is a very large tesco near Mansfield.
The car park is very large so there is no problem parking.
The shop itself has a large section of different types of products, including fresh food, clothes, electrical goods, and homeware.
The products for sale are generally good quality and the prices are competitive.

The food in the cafe is amazing, come pretty much every week for a breakfast and for the food shop. Staff are always polite and friendly and a pleasure to be around.

Ample parking, petrol station at edge of car park. Click and collect is near the petrol station, the staff there are friendly especially Harry; he goes above and beyond to help with shopping eg: (when the packers put tins on top of bread rolls, or haven’t placed glass bottles in the trays sensibly and topple and smash when the click and collect team come to get them). On both occasions he ran across to the store to replace the bread rolls and the bottles, usually the team would place a refund on your order. The store itself is big, recently had a refurb. Very clean, usually well stocked, good selection, lots of self service tills, and some tills staffed like the old days. I do feel sorry for the cleaner who cleans the toilets, he deserves a medal. There are no toilet brushes for customers that would use them after leaving a deposit, so apart from putting your hand in the toilet yourself to clean after use (not going to happen) it leaves an unpleasant visit for the next person.

It's a pretty good tesco.
Normaly short cues and nice cafe and toilets.

Going through a refurbishment at the moment, so hopefully improvements coming.

New store is a great all shopping experience. Retail at its best

Great store clean accessible toilets. Disabled friendly throughout the store plenty of parking in store chemist mobile phone shop and camera prints shop fresh bakery, all around good store 👍

Solid big tesco! Always lots of parking, its got a cafe, clothes department, home area, pharmacy, etc and all the food stuff you could need. Definitely recommend coming hear especially for some food at cafe :)

Many thanks today to Jean and Dawnya two angels who work at this store. I had hip replacement surgery last month and thought I would faint in store today , they fetched a chair then a wheelchair to get me out thank you ladies you were so kind and caring. I feel lucky that you were both there for me ( well done Tesco having great staff)

I would just like to thank the staff and first aiders who helped me when I collapsed in store today. They stayed with me and called an ambulance and phoned my son. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much ❤

Came for a coffee amd a bacon cob this morning, the lady on the till, she had blonde/brown hair in a Bob style cut. She was absolutely lovely, the customer service was perfect, she made us feel so welcome and made a fuss of our baby too, so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Cudos to her

Courtney in the petrol station should be made aware that she is doing a fabulous job. I know nothing about this young lady however she was very helpful, polite and considerate last week when helping me with an issue with my car. I hope she is commended and recognised for her efforts.

I go to my local Tesco extra on a regular basis not because it is close to where I live but because it is very good value for money and always have a good range of products. The staff are always pleasant and ready to assist. Car parking is plenty full and since the introduction of the Arcadia Group the store looks even better.
Well done Oak Tree keep it up.

Last Thursday I left my handbag in a trolley at Oak Tree Tesco.. I telephoned the store when I finally realised I'd lost it to be told it wasn't there.. However the lovely lady on the Customer Service Desk had another look and low and behold it was there.

Thank you to the kind person who handed it in. I am so relieved..

Very big choice, friendly staff, good promotions, acceptable prices!

I've been shopping at a Tesco store on this site since one opened late1970s . It's vast. I cope with that by shopping after 830 pm when it's quiter. They have many tems that are good quality and good value that I buy here. It is my main shop. If it wasn't good they wouldn't sell it. I find the staff helpful and friendly.

I used to buy daily essential here. Very comfortable place with staff are very friendly. The cafe upstairs are good 👍 Don’t miss the all day breakfast 🥞

Tesco is my go to place for shopping. This Tesco is close to my house and is accessible to wheelchair users with level access. There is a disabled toilet and lift to go upstairs also.

Staff are always willing to give me a hand and ask me if I need an assistance when looking at items on shelves, despite having somebody with me.

Big Supermarket with an upstairs cafe. Tesco does have an escalator if you decide to look around upstairs of fancy something from the cafe.
