I bought a phone 6 months ago and have had so many issues with the hardware and software. After 3 months I gave up and decided it needed to go back. Customer service said to take it in and return under warranty. I went in today and Martha helped me. Explained the issues and she shorter out the refund. Very happy because it's awful when you have issues with technology. Argos policy very good as were staff. I can see it must get busy in there so those complaining about waits should also consider that there are other tasks taking place not just picking stock. Well done Argos I have a high consumer confidence in you following this experience.

Excellent customer service, it’s an absolute delight to shop at Argos.
My blender was faulty and I took it back and they quickly replaced it with a new one as I didn’t have it for long. Keep up the excellent customer service!

Went to this store for to see if they had an item in stock i was served by Dawn had very good customer service and helped me out even though the store did not have the item in stock currently helped me use click and collect to get the item from another store.
Very good member of staff at this argos deserves recognition for her customer service.

I got a heater from here that broke and the lady (Dee) was really lovely, exchanged the heater for me as a gesture of goodwill. It’s really outstanding customer service xx

Showers are a bit basic but overall a great place for an affordable family getaway. Mr Ribbs' Quiz Night on a Tuesday is treat for all.
