Good shop I always buy from here 😍

Good convenient store with friendly staff. The only disappointing thing is they expect one member of staff to run the shop and post office counter at the same time. That's not good for business.

Superb shop with great post office. Everything is priced reasonably, only thing is, queues let you down at most times of the day; with 2:30pm-4:30pm being the worst on weekdays.

Convenient and quick service

It's 7:45 on a very wet and miserable day,9th December 2023 outside my local One stop in Sonning Common, emblazoned across the front of the store, open from 6am until 10:00 pm. Really!!!shop àll in darkness,even the milk delivery driver is sat in his cab looking despondent, cannot deliver, this quite a frequent occurrence, don't deserve to have the franchise.So any elderly people in the village who may need,gas, electricity, milk etc,they are out luck. Good thing the Co-op is open at 7am, One stop loss Co-op gain

Honestly had the worst experience with the rude staff, never seen anybody smiling in there the old man said sorry he can’t help when I asked for help and the young one was doing other things while I waited to be served. Would suggest a different shop nearby

Absolutely terrible experience, from people that do not have a care in the world for their customers. Girl behind the counter (who must have been new) could not have seemed more disinterested or irked by my very presence in the shop. A disgusting example of retail customer service

Please don’t put old people on the post office desk, they are to slow
