It's always a pleasure shopping at the New Addington store is amazing. You always receive a great welcome & great Customer service from Sue. Sue is a real Star, and nothing is too much trouble.

On Friday a friend of mine, went into the shop and placed a lotto ticket on the counter. The supervisor called Terri, didn't like this. Threatened to call the police on her, tried to involve other customers, said she had her on CCTV and ordered her out the shop and to make matters worse she locked the door. She kept mentioning she had to work on her own and because that fact, she took it out on a customer, who happens to be BLACK!!!

Disgusting and extremely unprofessional behaviour. Just because she had to work on her own!!!!

I am disabled and rely on their newspaper delivery service. Which is terrible. If papergirl/boy is off we just don't get a delivery. No communication to inform customers so they can make other arrangements. And when you try and phone on those days conveniently the phone is not picked up ALL day. The manager is very helpful and will try and accommodate delivery if possible but if she not there we are forgotten!!!!

Do not trust this shop!! After taking a transaction of £51.01from my bank account their tills went down and I was refused my items that I had just purchased and was told I would have to wait until it was refunded even though I showed on my phone they had taken my money! The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Avoid using this shop unless you wanna get stung by them too!!
