Very impressed, I needed to hire a Dinner Jacket, it was very last minute. They sized me up and i was out of the door within 10 minutes. Professional and I highly recommended them.

Its the first time i have been to Joys in Wareham to purchase a three piece suit, althought have rented a while ago. The professionalism and politeness are second to none. All the staff are extremely well trained in Customer Care and knowledgable of thier products, also advice and after sales if needed.Thanks again really appreciated and recommend..

Today, my to be husband and I, had the literal joy of visiting Joy's, looking to find accompanying waistcoat and shirt for his wedding suit.
No matter the fact he already had a suit from somewhere else, the staff could not have been more accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and so very kind.
Their recommendation was beyond what we could have imagined and he now looks so dapper and is itching to wear the whole get up on the big day.
We are so grateful to the store's staff. Thank you for making us feel welcome and ensuring my fella is going to look and feel the bees knees thanks to your support.

Had to use my niece's phone as I'm no good with technology.
Sadly my mother passed away and I'm attending the funeral. Myself, my father and my friend all needed new suits, obviously during the pandemic it was concerning how we would achieve this, but the staff at A F Joy were so accommodating, thoughtful, friendly and helpful towards us achieving our goal.
(All covid safety measures were in place)

I was highly recommended joy by one of my best friends who married 5 years ago, said the quality was amazing and service great. And it was, I visited the shop with one of my groomsmen, I told them the ideas I’ve always had, and they pulled the exact style I wanted off the rack. It was perfect, I was hiring 7 suits for my big day, some of my grooms aswell as myself are larger than average as avid gym guys 20+ stone and strangely shaped, and upto 6’4 in height. The staff showed no concern and assured me it would all be ok. We had to obtain my best mans suit sizes from overseas as he is based in the states, again not a problem and his suit was adjusted accordingly. I went to the shop 3 times in total with different groomsmen etc and each and everytime we were given there undivided attention and care. Come the week of the wedding we picked up the suits on the Tuesday, pressed, fresh and wrapped ready to go. The day of the wedding we got into our suits. My best mate had put on a little timber since his initial suit trial, and his trousers did not even come close to doing up. I called joy, bear in mind this was just under 2 hours before my ceromony. They did no hesitate to say ‘we are on our way now!’ I live in Christchurch, my venue was sopley mill. They met me and my grooms party at the venue, re dressed my groomsman, and even have a few last minute touches to all of our suits. I could not recommend joys anymore, they were 5* 10/10 everything I could of ever asked for and they really helped my day run smoothly. Everybody complimented me on how smart we all looked. Will 100% use joy again for any occasion I may need. Thank you so much joys

These guys are awesome. I went to a wedding nearby and forgot to pack my tie - found these guys and they helped me chose a tie and sort my shirt button out in record time. Thank you so much!!!

Good old fashioned gents outfitters but also does school uniforms. Always excellent service including alterations, if necessary, and suit hire. They are an institution in Wareham.

Absolutely fantastic experience! So friendly and helpful, nothing feels like too much trouble. Very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, cannot recommend this place enough!!
