Camouflage Store

We popped in to this store for walking boots- Steve was absolutely fantastic at giving us large amounts of time, advice and knowledge. We went away very happy and will certainly be using this shop again for all outdoor equipment. What we particularly liked was that he listened hard to our requirements and gave thoughtful sound advice.

I brought a keela belay pro jacket and was unsure on the sizing. I called the store and was given great advice. Jacket arrived 24hrs later and fits perfectly. I'm not sure who I spoke with but they were very helpful. Highly recommended and I'll return for future purchases.

Just to say how helpful the guy that owns this store is. He helped me with a faulty product months after I bought it, replaced with new without a problem.
Everything that I’ve bought from this place has been quality. So I know he prides this store in providing items that will last and that have been tried and tested-which is why when something doesn’t perform as it should, he goes above and beyond to put it right.
Highly recommend for all camping/outdoor/work equipment and clothing.

Amazing service called up and checked if the item was in stock and attended later that day to try the item on. Steve was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the product which really helped me with my decision cant thank him enough! Will be back again for more kit!

Absolutely excellent service. I accidentally ordered a smock in the wrong size. When I noticed, Steve processed my corrected order within an hour and I received the new smock 24 hours later. The refund for the incorrect order was also processed incredibly quickly.

I’ve just come from a boot fitting with Steve at the Camouflage Store.
Really pleased with the service provided and the knowledge Steve possesses is impressive.
My feet are a solid 9/10 awkward and I’m not sure I could have asked for a better service.

Absolutely authentic and brilliant. Steve the owner is the most helpful guy to deal with. He will bend over backwards to help with your needs nothing is too much trouble, if he hasn't got it he'll help sauce it for you. Excellent place for all round.

Cannot rate this store enough! Highly recommend. Male on the phone was very helpful and dispatched my boots the same day, arrived the following day before lunch time. Excellent service. Boots fit perfectly too!

Come from France having already looked for good thick warm socks, searched Devon and found Camouflage. Steve is so helpful and knowledgable and found us exactly what we wanted. Going back to convert the french.

Excellent service. Steve was fantastic in sending the Altberg boots I bought out for next day delivery to Brighton, when I ordered 10 minutes before Royal Mail were due to collect post from the store. He has great product knowledge, is friendly and went above and beyond to ensure the boots were the right fit for me. Will definitely be shopping with Camouflage again.

Great little shop & the guy that runs it is very knowledgeable. I called last week to get some walking boots & I was after some good quality boots that would last me a while. I ended up buying some Altberg boots that were fairly pricey but he measured up my feet & insisted I tried them on & walk around in them to get a feel. Really keen on getting the right thing for me & not just making a sale. I did ask about other items in the shop & he said on certain things that there was no point & I didn’t need them for what I’d described. Really good I thought as most places would just sell anything to make money regardless. I just wish this place was nearer to home but I have got contact details & I will certainly use the shop again. 👍🏻
