The customer service by Courtney was absolutely lovely. She said she new but felt like she’d been in the job for years lovely person and very welcoming.

Great shop, lovely staff - very helpful - especially Carol. Huge selection of essentials and treats! Spotlessly clean.

I dropped off 2 parcels to be collected by Parcelforce last Friday as advised on the website they directed me to this coop and then I had to ring 2 days after as didn’t get any confirmation email and the people working there said they were collected when I asked to double check they then said they were still there !! Both parcels now seemed lost and they didn’t give me any proof of receipts ! Avoid this if using this service.they all seemed clueless about the whole thing

Never around when at the tills constantly having to call someone over to ask if they can do their job and serve mangers are useless when had issues with products in the past not something I’d review but not great
