More expensive but has most things you may need after hours

Just went to drop a parcel off for Yodel. Staff was extremely rude, when I'd ask a question they'd interrupt me answering with what they THOUGHT I was going to ask, not really listening, then rushed me out when I asked for my tracking reference, saying "go now customers waiting". I am kidding you not, I did not even occupy 60 seconds of his precious time from the moment I stepped in. I don't understand how people like this are allowed to service customers and get away with such attitude, disgusting

Dropped off a parcel to be returned through Collect Plus.
Dispatched on 7th August, and was never delivered.
Tracking says it’s “in transit “ !

When I spoke to the gentleman behind the counter, he blamed the driver for losing the parcel .

Get your fuel as you like, just avoid other services. Unfortunately, staff is not competent enough to offer any other services .

I just wanted to take some money out (paypoint) and the employee kept harassing me. I come home to find £10 missing, so I went back and he said he had been thinking about me?? Made me very uncomfortable, and kept asking about my relationship with my boyfriend, and saying if I was single he would have asked me out. I was concerned especially when I came home and the same guy had started following my instagram. I'm 17 btw.
