I visited this store yesterday with my daughter who had some items she wanted to sell.
I thought the service was good and the staff were helpful.

I love this place, my galaxy S20 + has so much crack that the amount for the repair will buy new phone but thanks to CeX, they bought my phone and sold an awesome Galaxy S21+ for me ...😍

We recently visited to collect an item we had ordered online. We also bought something in the shop too.

There was a short wait for the till but we were quickly served. The member of staff who served us was very friendly and helpful and quickly sorted our collection and purchase. There was a slight problem with the card reader when paying for our in-store purchase but the staff member quickly sorted this out for us and ensured we weren't charged twice.

Great for computer restoration and repair. Choice and reasonable prices

Update: the store manager called me back and after checking, found that the prices had updated overnight. They honoured the price agreed so more than happy with the outcome.

I'll update this if the situation changes, but last night I dropped in some kit and agreed a price, today it is tested, all fine and they now want to re-negotiate a price - incredibly disingenuous. There were no mistakes yesterday, the prices in store matched what I saw online. They have changed their prices on their systems in the mean time and seem to think that's my problem.

I love walking into any store that plays metal, that's a win right away. Loads to choose from, I've never left empty handed and the staff are damn decent too.

Love CEX. Always go to one of their shops before I buy any new electronics

I take my registered blind partner to this store and we enjoy looking through the dvd box sets also any Dr who dvds of the first 7 doctors to add to his collection.

Had a very good experience selling an old mobile in Cardiff. The staff member was very polite and helpful, they gave me a very good price too.

Amazing shop! I was looking to get rid of some things since I was moving house, and didn't want to deal with the FB Marketplace headaches. I explained that I wanted to sell some of my unneeded stuff for a voucher, and the staff helped me through the process.

They were right on time with their testing of my electronics, and the voucher was ready to use at our agreed time. I used it in exchange for a Switch OLED, and it was practically new, without any scratches!

I've never had any issues with the shop - the staff have always been friendly, and the products have always worked as intended.

One of the best Cex locations to visit! Great selection of used games and tech that come with a 24 month warranty in case you have any issues and the staff are really friendly and the shop is well organised and clean! Would recommend to anyone :)

Excellent service from the staff. Nothing was too much trouble when my son was looking for a VR headset. Knowledgeable on the products and there was no pressure to buy.

Bought a game from here like 3 days ago and the game disc doesn't work, however staff were very welcoming when i bought it /// EDIT: returned and works perfectly now, great service yet again

Had to return a faulty item. I didn't have my receipt, but the excellent staff used my account to get the proof of purchase. The process to test the item had to take many hours due to the nature of the fault. But my mind was quickly put at ease, and I left satisfied. I didn't get the names of the staff I dealt with, but they all deserve merit. I wouldn't usually use the store In question because of the distance, but I would be happy to shop there again.

It's an Extremely great shop to go for 100% secondhand fully brand new looking products on budget much much better than

eBay it's exactly like eBay but you can actually touch see and feel what your buying before you

buy and do a full quality check of course and the prices are next to nothing

the Staff do have a bit of attitude towards you but that is expected in such a shop like this

but the Queues are long and there's a waiting time before you pick what you wanna buy from there physical catalogue also this is not all the

time mind some other shops in other areas are usually quiet and you can choose from the physical catalogue a lot faster

So Basically they do everything ☺👌

The prices were cheap and they had pretty much every game I could think of. They had displayed the games in alphabetical order making it very easy to find what I was looking for. There was great customer service and there were employees helping customers who couldn't find what they were looking for. Overall it is an amazing store.

Good selection of games, dvds, blueray and computer parts and accessories all at a fair price. Even the trade in prices are great especially when compared to other competing companies. It's my first and usually only stop when I'm looking for games, a new controller or a headset.
