Lovely lead and collar wife love it

Ordered 2 luxury rope leads for my dogs, which arrived the next day on their standard delivery and was actually free of charge, as my order was over £30. I was very impressed with the quality of the leads, but unfortunately I had to return them, as one of the leads did not match the colour pictured on their site (which is the only reason for 4 stars, not 5), but as they are hand dyed I understand that this can happen, it's just that the colour received was not to my taste. However, the customer service I received throughout this whole process was second to none and my refund was processed quickly and efficiently, even refunding the cost of the return. Overall I would say Paxleys is a very good company, selling good quality products and I will definitely consider their products again in the future and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others.

I have been waiting a week for my order of a collar so far - I have emailed and tried calling a few times with no luck. Having researched the company and noting the previous review, I am dubious about this order ever being fulfilled!

UPDATE - luckily I used Paypal and I have managed to claw my money back that way. Avoid using this site.

Have used before and had excellent products - however last order not received and despite phoning (no answer) and sending 2 email I have had no response. Either they have shut down or they have shutdown or they are having serious issue. Would not recommend ordering from them at the moment.

Took my money but no sign of my collar. No response to e-mail. I suspect the site to be fraudulent. Avoid.

Don't purchase from this company it's a fraud. "Vin" will rob you!
