The staff are so lovely and helpful at all times, will always inform us of the best offers so we go at least twice a day. Best shop around! Also stocks high end alcohol products for great prices!

I have been using this store since I moved to the area 10 months ago and us only 75 meters from my property. In this time, I have came to know the 5 members of staff relatively well. One member of staff in particular who works in the evening really goes out of his way to assist. He is kind, helpful and patient, so it is 5 stars from me- Great team brilliant great value for money and brilliant customer service - well done! 👍🏽

In October ‘19 there was a complete staff change and I feel the need to leave another review, because when you think it can’t improve?.. Well🤩🤩🤩
When the nation was ‘Panic-buying’?’ And all the shelves were empty everywhere? The boss VJ went the extra mile for all of us and when I say the shelves were OVERFLOWING- I am NOT over-exaggerating 💯. There was NO ‘over-pricing..! These Guys did it for US!
Everything is EXCELLENT value for money,
VJ and his Manager, Shri are kind, honest, fair tradesmen and they always have a smile for us customers, they remember their regulars, calling us by name, even remembering our birthdays! The guys always let us know about the latest deals, so we can save money, the Heathcote St. Costcutter is amazing value for money, it’s clean and hygienic and I truly consider the staff, friends. 10/10 KEEP IT UP!
