We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen.We had quotes from all the usual high street suppliers,but DIY Kitchens came out top on price,quality and choice.
I knew exactly what I wanted,and didn’t want to compromise,and with DIY I was able to have exactly that.
We had upgrades such as dovetail drawers,glass pan sides and a bespoke colour for the island,and it still came out cheaper than any other quotes.
I would definitely recommend DIY Kitchens to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Absolutely love our new kitchen. From the planning tool, ordering and delivery, everything was first class. The finance/order team and customer service couldn't have done more for us (especially with the changes I made!). The units come assembled and are great quality. And the price is much less than the bigger name brands. Definitely recommend.

We placed 2 orders in 2023, one for a new kitchen, and one for our home office. Both orders were delivered at the promised time, about 3 weeks after ordering, and by DIY Kitchens own delivery lorries. Everything was handled very carefully and checked off by a friendly team. For the kitchen, one tall unit was not delivered with everything else, as it had been pulled from the delivery at time of loading when a final quality control check is done. I think this is a good process, and the replacement followed on about 10 days later, from memory.

We had a bit of a wait before our kitchen fitter was booked to install, so the missing unit didn't cause us an issue. If you are planning to buy from DIY Kitchens, it's a good plan not have a fitter lined up immediately after delivery, so you have time to check everything. Apart from the missing parts, we weren't 100% happy with a couple of the doors. Asking for replacements was simple through their website. Just a photo and explanation of the problem needed to be uploaded, and a backorder was placed. Again, there could be a 10 day delay on this.

Having said that, all the cabinets were faultless, which means your fitter can get on and fit. Replacement doors are easily swapped if you find yourself in this situation. My feeling is that a company's goods and services should be judged by how they handle any problems, and in this regard, DIY Kitchens resolved everything without question, and our project wasn't delayed.

The main thing to note is that the quality of the kitchen we have ended up with is top notch. Strong cabinets, solid doors, beautifully finished, and a great composite worktop (via their 3rd party supplier) that should last forever! And I think we must have saved at least £7,000 on the whole project compared to going to a company that does the whole job. You just have to project manage it yourself, or get someone to do that for you.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We are absolutely could not recommend highly enough and have already done so. We are absolutely thrilled with our kitchen and wouldn't buy from anywhere else now. The quality of the units is excellent and the fact they come ready made is amazing. Everyone I have spoken to or emailed in the team have been helpful and friendly. We had a couple of doors with damage on them and they were replaced quickly with no hassle.

I am absolutely delighted with my kitchen from DIY Kitchens and can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent quality, great customer service and quick delivery. I wanted to upgrade my kitchen without replaced all the cabinets so I ordered a combination of doors, drawers and tall units along with new cornices/plinths and worktops etc. The online planning tool was easy to use once I had taken all my measurements (even for a technophobe like me!) I visited the showroom to make my final decision about which range of kitchen/colour I wanted. I found the staff at the showroom to be really friendly and helpful with out being intrusive and the free tea/coffee stations were a real bonus after a fairly long drive from the midlands. On placing my order the team were quick to notice I had made an error having ordered a different range by mistake on a couple of doors and they contacted me the same day before processing the order. I was very impressed by this diligence on their part. It so easy to contact them on their message system online and queries are answered quickly. After delivery I did notice a couple of items were damaged but they were quickly replaced in time for my fitter with no quibbles.

It’s coming up for a year since I’ve had the kitchen fitted and it has truly transformed my living space into a sociable haven. The standout feature is undoubtedly the island, which has become the heart of social gatherings. The kitchen itself may be the core focus but the exceptional customer service I experienced with my purchase also deserves a special mention. From the initial inquiry and even with post order amendments, the service provided was consistently outstanding. The online tool was definitely fun to use. I was able to save over £5000 with other competitors, and in addition to that, they were not as flexible as DIY were with some my my own requirements.

I am so pleased I chose DIY kitchens for my new kitchen. I don’t know where to start. From the excellent online kitchen design tool, the choices of kitchens and units available, the low cost of the units, the ease of ordering, prompt delivery to suit, superb delivery staff, the excellent quality of the products and the after sales- I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else! I have had my kitchen for a year now and it has proven to be robust and still looks beautiful. I would recommend that anyone thinking about choosing this company visit their showroom in Yorkshire if they have any doubts at all to see for themselves what this company has to offer and to chat with the friendly helpful staff there.

We’re over the moon with our diy kitchen, we live near the showroom so visited before we ordered.
Ordering is easy too, I planned my kitchen in the 3d planner then added all to basket! we went for the custom colour for part of it and are so pleased we did! The extra cost for doing so was only small.
The quality is fantastic, 2 years on it still looks like new.
Me and my husband fitted it ourselves (we’ve never done this before!) and it was simple. The units come ready built which really speeds up the process.

We knew as soon as we entered the showroom that we wanted to recreate the Stanbury Mussel kitchen in our home. Lovely quality and finish and fantastic that DIY kitchens offer reduced depth base units, allowing us to maximise space in our long and narrow kitchen. From first contacting DIY kitchens to the after sales service, everyone was super helpful and they even helped us match up the paint to their showroom colour 😊

I had the pleasure of ordering kitchen cabinets from DIY kitchens last winter. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of their cabinets. Not only were they well-made, but they also looked absolutely incredible in my kitchen. The delivery was on time, which was a huge relief for me. Overall, I found the cabinets to be an excellent value for the price. I would highly recommend DIY kitchens to anyone in need of high-quality kitchen cabinets.

Well worth a long distance drive to see the quality of the units before ordering online. The staff are amazingly helpful and allow you to take samples about the showroom to test colour combinations etc. they even took us into the staff room to show us a type of corner unit that wasn’t on display. Free drinks and snacks and a little area for any children to watch kids tv.

I will give DIY kitchens the highest rating and recommendation that I can give them. Our first purchase was to buy all the units for a large L-shaped kitchen and utility with quartz worktops.

We were so happy with the quality of the units, online design tool, customer service and value for money that we have just bought another five units covering 3.5m to use as the base for an entertainment centre/bookshelf unit across a wall in an open plan area.

We're not completely finished yet, as the photos show. But I wanted to give DIY this review because they have been far and away our best supplier on this renovation and extension project. Much better value for money versus Howdens, Magnet and even Ikea (where quality was very poor).

The design process for DIY kitchens is simple yet has many options for you to bring your vision to life. The value for money is exceptional allowing you to get ready built and thicker carcasses which other providers charge at premium for a great price. I have had my kitchen now for 6+ months and no problems, I’m really happy with the quality of units and worktop (even my fitter said what great quality the worktops were). The look is beautiful and the quality is fantastic, can’t recommend enough! My parents are doing their kitchen and utility and are now also using DIY-Kitchens!

You do need to get used to using the online planner and online communication platform - which may feel non attentive, but they are there and will reply and are very helpful. The savings you’ll make are worth it

Really good being able to design your kitchen down to the last door knob on the handy planner and get exactly the unit you desire in order to maximise your room, just make sure and measure twice. The kitchen from diy kitchens is really excellent quality, a lot better than I saw in some mainstream stores. After sales have so far been really responsive and helpful, I couldn’t be happier with my kitchen. Thanks to all the guys and girls at DIY kitchens.

We went to the DIY Showroom after reading good reviews about DIY Kitchens and were really impressed. Following our visit we decided on the range we liked and chose a bespoke paint colour for them to be sprayed in. Using the easy DIY Kitchens planner we planned out our perfect kitchen into the space we created. The planner was really straight forward and helpful adding spare and extra parts we needed. We ordered the kitchen and was kept updated on its arrival date/time etc. when the kitchen arrived we were really impressed with the packaging and quality of the kitchen. We forgot to add a few bits and DIY were really helpful to express them as fast as they could to us so we complete the install. Overall our experience was with DIY was fantastic, we love our kitchen and have recommended them to lots of people.

Great selection, really helpful service including samples, design service, delivery schedule and the final delivery.

The units are excellent quality and 18 months on, we are very happy with our new kitchen.

With being in the trade was a bit concerned about it being being called DIY how wrong I was being concerned. Visited the showroom and wow what a collection and choice. Got a kitchen for a house refurbishment i was doing just to see what their after sales service was like and fair play like the quality 👌 great.I have fitted kitchens from Howdens, Wickes,Magnet and others I must admit the quality of this firm is far superior without the high price tag.That impressed that i now always recommend DIY kitchen and now in the process of planning and ordering another.

We ordered our kitchen this time last year from DIY when we were doing a revamp of our downstairs space! Couldn’t fault the service, quality or price! Have recommended them to many friends and family members! The best thing about the kitchens from DIY has got to be the fact all the cabinets come pre built, will the soft close drawers and bin inserts in! Makes it so much cheaper to fit!

Got a kitchen a few years ago and it is fabulous. In the process of doing our utility room now and again everything is amazing. We had a small problem with a marked unit door this time but this replaced within days with no fuss. Great firm to deal with and a more comprehensive range of sizes than any other firm. Fantastic quality and value.
