Mac has been wonderful, as soon as we entered the shop we approached him ,as we needed to find the size for my son's suit he took the measurements and helped us to find the most suitable suit and shirt we appreciate his wonderful customer service.

MAC is a legend. I visited the Gypsy Lane Branch looking for a prom suit for my son. We had selected the suit but was looking for a shirt when we bumped into MAC. He not only fitted my son for the perfect suit but recommended the tux which fit like a glove. He was so patient and it so knowledgeable. EVERY men’s store needs a MAC!

Coming into the the mens department with my son for a prom suit, in absolute bewilderness with mens suit sizing...I found this welcoming face behind the till and asked for help. This is when we met this legend Mac!!

This gentleman was so happy to help us.
He completely understood and did everything he could talking us through the fit of several styles of suits. Not only was he so professional, I felt his kindness and he genuinely went to every length to get it just right for us. In the end I felt like we were shopping with a friend, which is just lovely.

We found the perfect suit, he wished my son well for the future and I think the whole experience was just perfect and he is an absolute credit to the store.

The Costa Coffee unit in the store is brilliant! They efficiently managed sit in and take away customers, good spacing and I had the equal best coffee I've ever had anywhere...! Great job, folks!!

The store is well-organised and has some really nice displays of products. There is a wide variety of products including womenswear, menswear and kids clothes, shoes and home items. Parking is available and staff are helpful.

Staff in Next Costa Coffee Gypsy Lane Retail are a credit to your company. Fantastic efficient friendly/jovial service in such strange times.

For the lovely staff in the costa section. When I asked for the Christmas cups that I couldn't see they happily went to get them for me. Service was quick and very polite too

Huge store inside and sell a variety of clothing and very good quality suits. Coffee shop is nice and brilliant service. Great upgrade!
