Well, what more can I say? It was very popular. The food was good. They cater for coeliacs which is fantastic. I actually had a sandwich! The meals (ie soup/sausage & mash) looked totally home made, fabulous. Coffee was good too

A lovely independant cafe with a friendly atmosphere. Great for breakfast, lunch or just a bit of tea & cake! Good veggie options and always amazing homemade cakes available.

Previously Charley’s this charming little tearoom retains its ambiance. I liked the eclectic decoration and the miscellaneous china and teapots. The ‘Coles’ design floral wallpaper all adds to the comfortable feel. There are a few seats for external use and a comprehensive menu. The staff were charming and helpful, I felt I was in a Cornish tearoom not semi rural Wheathampstead

Friendly staff. Good value simple food and drinks. Good place to stop on a bike ride or walk. Lunch for a reasonable price. Tables inside and out on the pavement.

We're coffee snobs 🙈 but they've got it right, great coffee which they said they buy locally and they also have great oat milk which is v imp.
Lovely location seats in and out and some great sweet treats on offer too. Lovely staff too!

Nice tea shop as a stop on my cycle route, very friendly staff and a good cup of tea.

Love this place. Small with some outside seats. Toasties, sandwiches, delicious cakes and coffee simply served by very friendly staff.

Wonderful cake selection including at least one gluten-free option. The millionaire shortbread was awesome. Also a wide selection of teas.

Had a lovely afternoon coffee and cake stop here today. Mel gave us a warm welcome .There is a charming ambience here and a very diverse menu everything you need for a quick pit stop or a chat over a cup of coffee and the cakes are delicious too
