So glad I stumbled upon the Chelsea Gamer in the internet.
The item I was after wasn’t in stock so I emailed and they could not have been more helpful, making up a bundle for me, really competitively priced too!
Delivery was really fast and packaged well with a lovely touch of some sweets 😊

I haven't been to the actual shop but I ordered online and my experience was great! It was the only place I could find the item I wanted and even then it was a very reasonable price. I got my order within 2 days and every step I received notifications of what was happening with it. This shop is definitely being added to my list of places to go back to when ordering!

Excellent customer service, responding quickly to all communications, items posted and received quickly, Hemal was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again. I found The Chelsea Gamer when looking for a Nintendo Switch, which was out of stock everywhere else, it was slightly more expensive than the base price, but nowhere near the price inflation on Amazon and eBay recently!

Having searched everywhere for a ps4 controller i found one on the TCG website at a reasonable price. I emailed to ask a few questions on the product and even though it was a bank holiday Monday i still got a reply within a few hours. Happy with who i was dealing with i placed an order and the controller was with me by Wednesday! Excellent customer service and i would recommend.

I’m blown away by Chelsea Gamer and will be supporting this independent going forward I ordered my game and received it Via DPD exactly when they said I would, the communication emails and all the tracking data was on point I even rang the owner to personally thank her for the fantastic service and ended up having a chat for 5 mins what a lovely lady.
In 2021 we should be supporting fantastic independent stores such as this more than ever they’ve gained a customer in myself today thank you Chelsea gamer.

Purchased a games console late on a Sunday night, and received it Tuesday morning just after 11 o'clock, can't fault the service and delivery time at all, would definitely recommend and buy from again. Thank you all at The Chelsea Gamer.

Excellent shop, only recently disovered them. I have bought two PlayStation Vita games from them online both were as discribed UK sealed copies for Akiba's Beat and Toukiden 2. Came well packaged and within a few days. Highly recommend them. Staff are on hand to assist via their Facebook page too. A+

This shop is great. One day a few months ago I was catching a train from Paddington to LHR before a long international flight and got a last minute craving for the new Zelda game on Switch to take the edge off of 12 hours cramped in a plane. I thought there was no way I'd find a video game shop in that part of town but to my surprise there was one a few blocks away! Massively convenient and made the flight infinitely better.

I'm sure the game was £10-15 more than it would have been to order online, but that's a small price to pay for supporting a local business that is doing something interesting, and for the overall convenience - really cool that this place exists.

Absolutely amazing company! Won't shop anywhere else. Communication with them is fantastic anything you need they help in anyway they can. They Keep me updated on all order's or upcoming stock. :)

The shop is tiny, however it has a huge selection of games, I was really surprised. The staff were super helpful. Found what I wanted at a good price. Will go again.

This Family Run Newsagent now also doubles as a game store, with a surprisingly vast selection of consoles and games (Playstation, Xbox, Switch etc) to choose from as well as Newspapers, Magazines and Snacks! The price was a fair way cheaper than many of the larger chains too!

Great shop and team had a joystick i wanted good prices was able to mail to me, kept updated though out order

Got my full sim set-up from here, the staff are incredible!
I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future.
