I fully support the store closing to handle deliveries to keep employees safe. However, this activity clearly happens regularly. So it would be much appreciated to know approximately when the doors will reopen. Is it 30 minutes, 60? I just had the employee tell me it would be a few minutes. It clearly isn’t.

my shopping experience was utterly disgraceful. FIRST the server over charged us £15 and then proceeds to laugh at us and then when we went home all of the food we bought was stale and out of date, (icecream was powdery). after eating this food most of my kids got sick. If there was a 0 star rating it goes to this shop. Horrible. Do not come here xx

Really un happy with the service today I went in to get something and the staff member that was there didn't even notice I was in the shop, I could see he was on his phone and had his headphones in his ears highly unprofessional and this isn't the first time I have seen him on his phone and headphones in.
Im a manager of my own shop and this is really not exspetable in my eyes. Won't be coming in when he is there.

Worst customer service ever!
Staff is very rude and so disrespectful!
Please replace them with someone who cares about your business !!!!
