TOLWORTH. MARKS AND SPENCER. UNDER TOLWORTH TOWER. Excellent food. Delicious sandwiches. Steaks ...you cannot go wrong cooking an m and s steak...the meat is tender and top notch. Freshest fruit that is superior to any other (in my humble opinion) to all other supermarkets. Staff at tolworth are lovely too.😍

Its fine for quick shopping and stocks quite a lot of value for money items

It's great clean and products and shelves are always stocked. Staff are helpful.
Toilets are disabled friendly but on many occasions was out of order. Parking is good but with only 3 spots for disabled ♿ people it is challenging.
I would suggest to stock shelves with each item vertically where its easier for disabled people to reach without having to ask for help for everything that they need to get.

Positively simple yet positively delicious - almost worth every expensive penny (1£ per quarter sandwich)!

Huge M&S food store, with seemingly all the ranges on plentiful supply. Good shopping experience with intuitive store design and good check-out staffing. Prompt, courteous service. Remember to get your free 1 hr parking ticket frkm the machine before going in.

Wonderful range and selection of food products, well set out. Includes a really nice deli counter. Now provides mobile self-scanning of purchases. Good on-site parking. Easily accessible to several bus routes and not far from rail station.

Great selection, Decent price and usually not to slow to pay for it either

Quite convenient, parking is usually OK, food quality is very good and usually they have what you need. Used a scanner this time, easy enough now I know what I am doing, had to ask a couple of times, but otherwise OK.

Always like shopping at this Branch. The staff are very helpful and friendly, great choice of food. I have popped in to the Home and wear section a few tines to buy gifts for friends. I have a medical condition and it's great to know that there are toilets should I need to get to one asap..

Fresh food and 25p ripe&ready banan bags for grabs too. The store has a little section for online pick ups and clothes (mostly school uniforms and underwear). Parking is pay and display - free for up to 1h, just press the green button on the machine. Scan as you shop available.

Great range of produce here. They have also started stocking vegan food too. So that's nice of them. The car park is a little small so at peak times it can be a bit of a wait for a space.

Newly revamped store. Vegetables no longer only in plastic wrappers, a choice as to how you buy them. Quite a lovely shopping experience, (Newly laid out fruit and veg section) diversity and some new items, if somewhat expensive. I think that M&S have always been the shop to go to if you need something special. Great to brouse and dream up culinary ideas, but always more expensive than the 'ordinary ' supermarkets. Great for special occasions and when you want something different.

Great new changes to the fruit and veg section, with most of the produce not wrapped in plastic!
Plus they have two large recycling points for the non recyclable film and bags that a lot of their cooked products are covered in.

Very spacious branch, makes it easier and enjoyable to browse, particularly at this time I did not feel pressured to move out of the way whilst browsing. They have freshly made food in store eg sandwiches, sushi and lasagne etc. They still have few roastbeef joints, gammons, lamb joints in store. Not so much fish however eg salmon in crust or other fancy preparations. Still a lot of chicken too although not labelled as Xmas it is still good quality. Not a wide selections of desserts nor could I see panettone or other continental Xmas foods. However it was a pleasant shop to visit. Could be more understanding towards children when at the till as the till operator seemed quite fed up with my child bouncing around (he was not touching anything just trying to engage with the operator).

Excellent staff and top quality products. Shame that M&S are losing staff despite all the hard work they have done. The produce area is always well presented and the rest of the store is good also.

A great m&s with a fantastic food selection including a deli counter and cafe. Tiny clothing/homeward section too for essentials. You can guarantee I'll pop in when I'm down the Broadway regardless of whether or not I need anything.

Larger than typical M&S food hall with good range of products. Free parking BUT you must take a ticket and display, and complete shop within one hour. Cars are checked and photographed regularly.

Nice and cool when it's hot outside. I get my lunches here on a Saturday evening, when there are a lot of reduced sandwiches (which are great quality). Staff are helpful and it's easy to park.

Popped into M&S today to pick up some lunch and was served by Tom on the tills. Really nice chap who took the time to ask us about how we’re getting ready for Xmas. Really nice service on a pretty miserable (wet) day.

Great especially at the moment. Nice wide aisles and they take control of the numbers of customers, so you feel you can distance and relax while shopping.
