Had excellent service here, and products seem high quality (although I've not worn anything long term enough to test durability). I wasn't making a big purchase, but still got great advice on fit from Alessandra, and good service from other staff. Not too overbearing either!

Arrived in London on a redeye Sunday morning for a business conference the next day and realized I'd failed to pack ties. Fortunately Charles Tyrwhitt was one the few shops helpfully open on a Sunday afternoon. They had an excellent selection (and their other goods looked very nice as well), and I left with two very nice ties helpfully selected by their knowledgeable staff. They are now my go-to place for all business travel emergencies. :-)

Great shirts with an awesome 1 year satisfaction guarantee. Much better value to buy 4 on sale than 1 individually. Finding the right collar can be a challenge, but staff are super helpful.

They were having a great sale before Christmas! I was pleasantly surprised. The best bargain was a 100% herringbone wool men’s jacket regularly retailing for £229 that was reduced to £129! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The queue to pay was long. It would have been helpful if they manned the tills on the other floor instead of make everyone go to the ground level to pay. Some items did not have price tags so it was inconvenient to have to find a sales staff to ask for the price but they did help find the price of a row of men’s zipper cardigans. Another customer was also struggling to find a price tag on these as surprisingly there was none.

I had a delightful experience in the Jermyn Street store. I was very grateful that they were able to locate an item in my size. Two assistants then offered me patient, helpful advice regarding suitable ties and pocket squares for my suit. I was very appreciative of how much time and guidance they were able to give to me. I did not feel under any pressure to buy anything, but through their advice naturally decided to buy more than I had intended to anyway!

Finally. Been trying to come to this place and get some of its formal clothes since I arrived in London. Very good clothes quality, various choices and with a very helpful staff. Special mention to Maria, who was very helpful and kind during my visit. Hopefully can stop by CT Jermyn Street again next time visiting London.

Great shop but don't sign up for emails or mail. You will be bombarded every day with emails and brochures. My husband loves their clothing but says no more! Please.

THE place to go for top-tier dress and casual wear. I load up on their French cuff dress shirts every time I can. Shirts are of the utmost quality, and they have a fresh take on classic designs appropriate for the office or a night out. They have a tailor on hand to ensure the proper fit. Staff is considerate, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Not to be missed whilst in London!!

I had great service from Zain in the Jermyn Street branch recently. He's very professinal, smart, looked the part, knew the products he was selling and was very helpful getting the right fit. Great service is not something you get very often so very well done.

High quality, you can even negotiate prices on-site to get better deals compared to the ones offered online

This review speaks to my on line ordering experience...I seldom jet over the ocean to buy clothes. I haved own about 8 CT shirts. Very good quality at a great price. Love the metal collar stays and the fact that they package the shirts without pins ! Well done people.
