For a small shop it's jam packed with everything you need or want from a local corner shop. Cereals, Veg, frozen food and of course your favourite alcohol. The only criticism really is the contact less payment system its like it's on Diall up connection takes ages for the authorisation of your card to go through apart from that and the parking outside can be a mare it's a great shop.

rung to complain about an unhelpful worker called Jess, did not take my call seriously and just called me horrible be and rude

Just stopped off on the way home from work. Was served by Shannon. She didn't acknowledge me while serving me for a start, she proceeded to have a conversation with another colleague who was filling the fridges up. I won't repeat what was said but the language was horrendous from her. There was a man behind me and I felt embarrassed for the both of us and didn't know where to look. Good customer service goes an awful long way weather you're working in a corner shop or not. After already having a bad day in work this made things alot worse.
