Great shop in general, pretty good selection of fiction and non-fiction books, good range of notebooks and journals too. Lots of art and craft related items, so a good place to look for art students. Prices are usually quite reasonable across the board, all the staff that have served me in the past have been friendly, the queue for purchasing items has never been long on my experience either.

Really friend customer service yesterday. It was perfect for our last minute birthday shop for my 3 (now 4) year old. Such a brilliant selection and did the majority of the birthday shop in there. Prices are fantastic which is great as we had a very small budget. My Daughter is obsessed with Ryan's Toy review and finding Ryan's world toys that are affordable can be harder than running a marathon in heels. I highly recommend the £7 Ryan's world bursterz. It looks like a soft dinosaur egg and when you break Into it has a mystery figurine inside slime. My little one is also in love with Toy Story and they have Mini puzzles for £1 as a range of Toy Story related things such as stationary and sticker books all of which are very reasonably priced! Very happy birthday girl and an even happier Mums purse!

The Cwmbran Works is an absolutely amazing shop. Extremely neat and tidy, making it very easy to find what you need. The products are displayed amazingly well and are extremely pleasing to the eye. To add to this, the customer service from the staff is amazing, the staff go above and beyond. Overall a great shop. Definitely worth a visit if you’re about in Cwmbran.

Bought some fab jigsaws from there recently. Its a mich better store since it moved.

The shop was very well managed everything was in order easy to identify and we'll displayed would have spent longer there if I had the time but also didn't have what I wanted....but will go back.
