One Stop

Great place being going here for years. Some moody staff but usually friendly and accommodating . Shelves are nicely stocked with an assortment of different things but the sales section is the best. Very convenient convenience store.

Excellent shop, I use the Hermes drop off point and always super efficient, as a shop they have an excellent range of products!

Brilliant staff, had an issue with a product today (1st jan) and the staff dealt with it brilliantly. Thanks

I have had a less than satisfactory experience at the One Stop Inconvenience Store on Guilford Avenue. Unfortunately, this store is often closed due to a lack of staff and when it is open, the shelves are often empty. It's clear that the staff turnover rate is high, likely due to the poor management of the store.

The manager seems to be the root of all problems at this location. I have witnessed new staff members struggling on their first day and desperately seeking assistance from the manager, only to be ignored. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and creates a toxic work environment that ultimately affects customers.

It's a shame because the staff members who do work there are friendly and helpful when they can be. However, they are clearly overworked and underappreciated due to poor management.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping at this One Stop Inconvenience Store until changes are made in management. The store has potential with its convenient location, but until then it will continue to be an inconvenience for both customers and employees alike.

Often closes far before listed closing time. Came in at 9:45, doors locked, staff inside mouthing "we're closed" back. Very unhelpful.

I’m have had the most appalling experience in this store this morning.
Popped in for a few essentials and was greeted by the most blunt miserable assistant I have ever come across.
No Hello, No eye contact. Huffing when my card would not tap on the contactless machine. No Thank-you or goodbye.
The customer on the next till to me was being treated in the same manor.
Absolutely disgusting.
My advise is don’t shop in there as you are not welcome 😡

I ordered some items off of uber eats. The order was appalling, wrong type of monster and sweets were packed.
And half a bottle of drank smart water was left in the bag.

It's gone to far with shop now, ridiculous staff turnover, always running out of meal deal options, cant even open on time due to low staff, terrible atmosphere in the shop.

To my surprise they were closed 2 hours early!! My pregnant partner was craving a Freal Milkshake, because they were closed early I had to drive to Highworth! which is the next nearest place I know that sells them.

This convenience store has become the most inconvenient place to shop.

How head office has not done something about this "store" is beyond me, even to customers it is clear that the route of all these problems is the manager, the only explanation must be incompetence or a lack of care for customer satisfaction.

Don't worry about avoiding this store, you probably wont be able to get in anyway.
