I always find the staff more than helpfull. A nice pleasant place to shop; sadly they are often under staffed which is head offices fault. So giving five stars for the staff who work there. No stars for head offices staffing policy.

It's a good shop for when other shops are closed

We visited about 3:30 pm and the sandwich selection in store was a bit limited. But there is a Subway in the back. I would recommend checking when that shuts though. Overall, pretty good though. Very convenient.

It's a nice store if you need something convenient and quick such as drinks or snacks, or even a newspaper. You can do lottery here and also pay bills with pay point. The staff were alright. There is a Subway located in store if subs are your thing.

Was involved in a life threatening car accident and left him with massive head injurie so he struggle hes's on the sick, work for a local charity and she's she was ruthless . He only asked why and she wouldn't give me answer he was really upset . I worked in retail 6 years and thats the worst behaviour of a customer i ever seen. A slim tall blonde with so much make up on was awful rusty orange colour . The funny thing was the customer got in contact with a manager and other staff members and was told no he wasn't baknee and he was quite rightly allowed in the shop so he will be expecting an apology truly truly awful behaviour

Well positioned shop, open late, staff could be a bit more cheerful, only ever look happy when stood outside smoking.

There seems to be a regular problem here with pricing. Items are often shown on the shelf at one price (or on offer), but are not always charged at this correct reduced price at the till ( often I suspect because the tills have not been updated with the correct information). This results in delayed times being served, or worse getting overcharged. This has been going on here for months.

The 60ish year old male with glasses and a beard has the customer service of a cro-magnon troglodyte... I think he likes to play tough guy in front of Females and my boyfriend... He couldn't even reciprocate 'Good Evening' or a 'Hello' at my second attempt. Conclusion: Bad customer service

I would put a 0 star but it's not accepted, I was stood at the till and was loudly saying, I'm at the till, I'm at the till, and I was stood there for about 2 minutes repeatedly saying the statement above, I feel like I've been made to look like a fool, I would really appreciate it if the staff would do there job and stop flirting in the back room.

Advertises products in their windows they don't sell.
