always helpful.good prices.lots of items you think you'd never find.love this store .so do my dogs. a while later I tried to return a quite expensive projector which had only lasted one xmas.no help ,told to contact manufacturer. no answer from them.the shop totally didn't want to know.not At all impressed with their attitude 😒 nearly 50 quid down the drain ,won't be caught again!

Sandi is so lovely. She is so nice and extremely helpful. The rest of the staff are nice and its a nice atmosphere to shop in. Great place for quick pressie shopping and craft and diy.
