Pets Corner

This is our first week. The staff are very knowledgeable. Got some great tips from other puppy owners. Teddy (puppy) had a great time learning to interact with other puppies. Teddy was exhausted after.

We have been coming to Puppy Hour on a Saturday morning for five weeks now, and it’s been great to see our puppy Peanut’s confidence grow week on week. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable, plus the 10% off during Puppy Hour is a nice bonus. They sell a variety of durable toys and high quality food and treats, which Peanut loves. The pet scale in the shop has been very useful to track her growth. We’ve sadly only got one Puppy Hour left to go, but will definitely continue to visit the store afterwards.

Always fantastic service from Niamh and Caitlin who my dog has got to know over the last year. They are always on hand for support with purchases and advice when needed and love seeing Murphy when I bring her in with me as well. Great team.

Bella has been going to puppy club for three weeks and absolutely loves it staff are amazing would absolutely recommend taking your puppy to the class Bella also like getting her treats from there

I cannot tell you how thankful I am for Pets Corner in helping me with the arrival of our new beautiful puppy, Tinkerbell. I had amazing advice and truly felt like I was fully equipped and prepped. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and given this is my first ever dog, people have commented that I'm doing all the right things... thanks to Pets Corner! Thank you so so much! I came in today needing some items for my new puppy, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman named Charlie and he was just amazing.
The advice, help, recomended products and product differences were all so well described it made an overwhelming purchase into such a stress free and positive one, all thanks to Charlie.
It was obvious he really cares about his work and is there to genuinely help you and your pet.

I spoke about a calming collar, which he advised was good but directed me to the calming diffuser which he sugguested may work better - and oh my gosh was he right. I couldn't be out of my puppy's sight for just ONE second and he would cry so much, however today I've been able to get on with a few bits around the house and suddenly realised he hasn't cried for me! Hes sat happy and relaxed next to the diffuser since whenever I leave the room.
All thanks to Charlie's advice.
He even took my items to the car for me so I wouldn't struggle with my puppy and carrying everything!

Just back from Alfie's last puppy hour. He's gone from a nervous pup to confident and playful in a matter of weeks. A really great activity in a lovely shop. From the first time I walked in to ask for advice on essentials before he arrived Niamh, Caitlin and Charlie have been helpful, patient and professional. Really great customer service. Well done!

We have been taking our Puppy to the stay and play puppy hour at Pets Corner, the staff are very welcoming, it’s a lovely way of introducing your puppy to new dogs in a safe environment.

I often attend the store in Edwalton, Nottingham. They are friendly staff and have so much selection of food and treats for my fur baby. I would highly recommend them ☺

I cannot say enough praise about the pet shop, their staff (in particular Niamh M 6007 that served me on several occasions).
My dog has only been in one type of food since a puppy but recently seemed less interested in it.
Upon seeking with the lady and their policy of “if your dog doesn’t get on with it we can refund you”. I listen to what they recommended and went away with some food on what my budget was. Which turned out to be not what she liked. I then went back to the shop and explained they recommended me a different type and refunded me for the non success full brand of dog food which I was amazed and so happy with as choosing food food is an expensive thing. Now with the staffs help and their time and policy my dog loves her new food. My German Shepard absolutely loves Canaan Highland!!!
I will continue to buy from the shop after such great service and shop policy! Thankyou

Had an excellent experience this morning at Puppy Hour with our puppy Maisie, she loved the whole experience and the staff where so helpful and friendly, thank you so much.

I love that this pet shop is carbon neutral and I can always rely on finding top quality food, toys and treats for my two dogs. Staff are always friendly and they ask about my dogs when I don't go in with them.

Great shop with excellent choice of products. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly especially Caitlin. Our dog loves her visits to the store every week and is always spoiled by the staff.

I personally love this store and I'm so happy it opened up in Nottingham. With the really helpful guidance of my staff, I've completely changed the diets of all my pets for much better quality (and much better value) food! All the accessories are top quality and their return policy (which I've never needed) is spot on.

Most of all, the staff make you really feel welcome and they're friendly and informative as well. Highly recommend!

I would like to say how helpful Kat was when I visited today. With a New puppy who needed a few bits . She was very knowledgeable and helped find a harness and fitted it for us and found him some new food. Very helpful, friendly and patient.

Lovely pet shop, my staffy loves coming here. He knows soon as we get out the car. If you have a puppy under 18 weeks they run a puppy club every Saturday for free and 10% off in the shop. Lovely staff very knowledgeable too. Thank you

What a lovely welcome from Annabelle today! Having a little cockerpoo for just a year and visited many pet stores I can honestly say…We have found the one!! Customers feel valued from the first step inside the door. Customer service was excellent and very welcoming.

We have just purchased our first puppy and were completely clueless but the staff in store were so helpful. They were able to go through the different items we needed and give recommendations and advice. Great service!
