This store has recently gone under new ownership. The previous owners were alright but some of the staff working the tills weren't the friendliest. Now under the new ownership, I personally have noticed the man who is behind the counter is really friendly and nice and chats to you sometimes. He clearly cares about this store as I have seen him cleaning the exterior and interior of this store during my visits and the previous owners I never saw them doing this. The store has been upgraded quite a bit with more variety of items to choose from and the whole back section is now a fridge unit with tons of drinks and dairy products to choose from.

Currently I think the store is heading in a better direction to what it used to be like under the previous owners and I hope the new owner stays and keeps up the good work as this little shop is a nice place to go to for majority of the items you would need for a small shop before getting a big shop in.

Currently it really adds to this side of Handforth making it a nice alternative to walking into town to go to the little Tesco there or the spar for your small shop.

Would definitely recommend this place and they also sell some items you probably wouldn't find elsewhere like I've seen Takis crisps which are from America.

Overall a really nice little shop.

Since this has changed ownership and had a makeover it's a really really great little shop for your bits and pieces there is a great range of everything you can think of. The new owners are really really nice chatty people who are doing a great job 😊
Also loving the big fridges at the back of the shop that has the best range of every drink you can imagine overall great little shop 😊😊

Great to see this store under new ownership! Shelves are full and range of alcohol/beer/groceries & fresh goods is so much better. Great for the surrounding community!

Great little shop for drinks and snacks or receiving a delivery, but the fridge aisle is really lacking in quality contents.

Small shop with an adequate selection of packet and tinned goods, small selection of frozen items and alcohol.

Owner has ‘told me off’ for not buying anything from the shop when I send my Evri parcels - he is very very rude and the main reason I don’t buy anything from his shop is because he has no manners (often can’t even muster a smile never mind a hello when you go in) so I refuse to buy and support his shop. If you offer Evri parcel services you can’t force people to shop with you - especially when you are more expensive than the local Tesco! Iv just been in to send 2 parcels and was told his scanner isn’t working, despite seeing other Evri parcels stacked up ready to send. Stop being so rude to your customers and maybe they will support their local shop.

This store has recently changed ownership. The last owners were fantastic and friendly this owner needs to learn customer service he is so rude and if he thinks you shop somewhere else he is not slow about telling you . They also is the agent for evri parcels but don't leave a parcel in if you're not buying anything as it is not allowed. The terminology he used we we are not a parcel shop. He should read his contract.
