I had a click and collect order and being the first time I had used the option asked at customer services. Really great staff not only arranged to see if the order was ready earlier that the time slot but had it bought to me by another really helpful member of staff. As an OAP this really made my day to know that the staff could go out of their way to be so helpful and pleasant.

lots of shopping options... Bought some chino pants and it was a perfect size quality is also good..

Needed emergency prescription and the staff were extremely helpful a truly brilliant experience from start to finish 🤗

I borrowed a wheelchair for my friend with mobility difficulties. I took her walking trolley back to the car. Then I discovered that Tescos don't have a cafe. I asked the young man if I could take the wheelchair (with friend) into neighbouring M&S for lunch and was told yes, so long as I bring it back. It was such a relief after a stressed morning. Thank you. Much appreciated.

Went on Sunday 29th March. Staff were standing outside in the cold, they offered to clean my trolley, then there was staff guiding us through the coned entry and exit lanes. There was plenty of stock and the shelves and a very calm atmosphere. There was no build up at the checkout. Very different from other supermarkets I've been to recently

Really great place to shop at. The member of staff who helped me with my clothing items was an absolute gem. He took all the tags off and folded all the clothing items. 100% excellent service. I would’ve loved to specify the name of the worker but unfortunately he didn’t have a name badge on. Other than that I highly recommend this store for its customer service and for training their staff really well.

Lvery helpful and friendly staff

Such a wide range of products at great prices. Fruit and vegetables are always fresh and the vegetarian range of food is outstanding. Staff are always helpful, queues at the checkouts are virtually nonexistent. Great place to one stop shop.

Great store with helpful staff. Always kept clean and there is plenty of ammenities (cash point, toilets, travel money, photo booth etc). Always plenty of parking. Annoyingly can't get phone signal in most of the store.

Really nice young man by the name of Joe helped me find the item I needed. Very polite and friendly and attentive. A positive customer service experience.

The staff go above and beyond. In particular a lady called Carole, very pleasant always with a smile.

The staff are executive style in every way especially the little special lady n the nice eyed girl on the hot food chicken area xx

Excellent place to shop on our way home, and no single persons only rubbish like sainsbury's near where we live

A full range supermarket with a good speed of service at staffed and self service tills. There is ample free parking and easy wheelchair access.

Large large supermarket with nearly everything you could want from a supermarket but no Nivea face wash!

My favourite place to go for weekly and sometimes daily shopping. Staff all very polite and professional.

Social distancing is well laid out. Only a certain number allowed inside at any one time.

Just to say thanks a lot to Rob . He helped me with packing as I have 3 little children with me . Good customer service.

I went with my mum who's in a wheelchair and the security guard was so helpful and got us a disabled trolley. So kind.
