I went to Next in Rustington for a refund and to re order the 2 items in different sizes. Helen was so helpful and friendly, thank you Helen!

We spent some time in store, with our granddaughter,who was choosing a dress for her birthday. The two lady assistants were lovely and helpful, many thanks.

On line search had told me the particular item I was after was in stock at this store, it wasn't out on display but Jackie checked the stock room and found my item. Very helpful and excellent customer service.

Really great service, the shop is huge, menswear is upstairs. My only gripe would be that as a large man (tall and a bit overweight) their stock levels in my size weren't great. I know the company sells them they just weren't in the shop. I haven't marked them down though because the staff were so helpful in my hour of need (I'd split my trousers front to back 🤣).

Always a winner when looking for T shirts for my son as he loves Minecraft and super Mario. Never disappointed. Thank you
