I have no words to express how the team in this store is spectacular.
Mohammed was a star. I'd called the customer service on Sunday, and then my sim stopped working.
It seems the customer service made something on my sim and there was no way to re-activate. On Monday went to the store. Mohammed couldn't fix in the beginning, but tried for 3 hours. He asked to come back later what I did, we create a new account, got a contract and his colleague migrated the numbers. As they said I was expecting to have to change my sim on Wednesday (today) and it was exactly what they said. For more people supporting like Mo in Vodafone

Micah was so awesome, quick, and incredibly friendly. Came here for a monthly SIM card, was in and out with no issues at all. Amazing!

Mo was extremely helpful and went the extra mile make sure I wouldn’t have any problems or unanswered questions about my contract, would 100% recommend it

Very friendly staff. Dani was very helpful, presented me with options and had a very professional attitude. Shop was very clean. Keep in mind it is a small branch which means that the wait time can become significant when it is busy. Thank you for the great experience.

Excellent information and service when I bought my new Huawei. Staff stayed way after closing time to help me transfer all the items over to the new phone. I have only had this top level of service from Vodafone before at Canary Wharf where they look after the Masters of the Universe.
