Starbucks Coffee

Great spot to break a journey. Use it each time I take a trip up to the Midlands. Easy parking. Safe for dogs.

Lovely place to stop for a refreshing drink and snack. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Had a lovely bun and cup of tea . Would always stop here now we're coming back from trips.

Nice Starbucks on the A49, nice Coffee, good Service and pleasant Seating area.
If you are visiting, make sure you take the Turning for the Salwey Arms & Shell Petrol Station to get to it as it's not well signposted (by the time you see it it's too late 🤣)

Nice clean building, really nice helpful staff, wide range of food & drinks, real nice selection. Got hot & cold drinks. Really good, highly recommended

Great early morning cuppachino on my way back to Wales. Staff always friendly, cuppachinos always good. Cinnamon buns delicious 😋

5 * because it is what it is - a Starbucks, clean, good staff, nice toilets (classy).
It is well positioned on the main road if you want a coffee after visiting Richard's Castle and are heading back towards South Wales /Southern England. Dog friendly or you can park your car directly outside by the big windows and little Patch, Spot or Fifi will be safe and sound under your watchful gaze!

Exceptional toilets. Normally the 'traps' have gaps under and above the doors. These doors are excellent. No gaps at all. I last saw such good doors at a De Vere hotel. I didn't expect to see such good, tight fitting doors on the 'traps' of a coffee shop. There was also a double hook on the back of the door which enabled me to hang both my bag AND my coat. The hand dryer was good...very powerful - but it did require some effort to get it to activate...normally a hand dryer has a sensitive FET ( field effect transistor) setup, which means you only have to waft the hands underneath to activate...this one took some touching and tapping to activate, which was annoying. The only other critisism was that the toilet seat lids were not soft closing, which meant that after completing my ablutions, the crash of the lid made the gentleman in the adjoining trap audibly jump.

I was, however, impressed enough to consider purchasing a coffee on my next visit.

Lovely little Starbucks, although the staff are quite slow... Starbucks in general is expensive but I generally enjoy one for a treat. Plenty of parking at wooferton and it is also decorated nicely. Which it had a drive through though seeing as it's on a busy A road..

Very impressed. During LockDown, not everyone gets an automatic 5-Star rating; but these folks do!

A family member is shielding. (S)he doesn't want any of us going in a shop. Full stop.

Fully expecting to be laughed at, I asked whether the Barista(s) could:
- take my (written) order and card from me from the door;
- go in and make the drink; and then
- bring drinks/snacks and cards back out.

They did! First class lads (2 courteous young men served me).

Pre-LockDown, these guys were stellar - and they continue to be so. My highest praise and thanks for your exceptional service! :-)

Stopped for a coffee and the loo as we were on a long road trip. The staff were very pleasant. The coffee was up to Starbucks standard, and the Pain au Rasin, despite being the last one was fresh and delicious.

Plenty of parking. The Loos were clean.

Really great atmosphere and friendly staff. Talkative and had a nice chat with one of the guys there.

The Almond Milk Latte was very tasty too.

The staff were friendly and the coffee was delicious. The things are a bit overpriced but the quality is good and it is a services so understandable in the regard.

Friendly customer service, sanitizer at the door and space is organized for social distancing. Enjoyed an ice-cold, coconut milk decaf frappuccino on a scorching hot day!

Nice and quiet on a Sunday afternoon. Just what we needed.

Nice selection of vegan products. Staff are always friendly and polite. Place is normally clean with plenty of parking.

Super staff smiling faces extremely friendly. They make a lovely caramel Frappuccino..
