Don't believe the opening hours. Tried to use the post office counter at 12.59 and got promptly shouted at that it was lunch time. I'll go elsewhere in future. Its disappointing because the quadrant needs a reliable Post Office.

“Full Post Office service if the shop’s open” Store seems to have surpassed the previous incarnation of regular bad service from rude staff, progressed now to verbal insults from a sad old man whilst simply asking if the Post Office was open… as the store was open.

Passed by here one morning for a loaf of bread, some fruit and ham. There was no fruit or veg left other than peppers and cucumbers!! No loaves of bread at all!! At least I got some ham eh? I could maybe understand the low stocks if it was late at night but this was 11.30 in the morning!!

Extremely poor service, dingy shop floor even after takeover and makeover by Morrisons. The other week, a shelf full of wine bottles came crashing down, smashed bottles all over the floor. This was a serious health and safety mishap. A visit by the health and safety executive will be very welcome. The manager called Nicola was very rude and spoke to staff like if they are slaves.

Rude staff pathetic stock, multiple items on display close to being out of date

Very poor service. I have cut my delivery to only one paper a week and they still can’t manage it. I do not use social media and they do not answer the telephone. I am a pensioner and would like to find a reliable delivery service near me.

Morrisons. Short of staff. Long queues. No reliable paper delivery
