Easy in this hot weather for cooling ices. Serves the community very well with fresh food too. Food snobs look down on Iceland and pretend to only shop in Waitrose! They lie!!

Always quiet, find what I am looking for, helpful staff

Rang up shop got a few things wrong with my order spoke to someone who was very polite sorted everything out for me couldn't ask for better service.

I bought frozen prawns at £4.50, 50% extra in pack. Good size prawns, did not shrink when soaked and drained and flavoursome. This shop had everything I wanted even though I wasn't sure they stocked the items I needed. Easy and quick shopping. I think Iceland is under rated. They have good choice of 🎏 fish and seem to try and introduce new products.

Great offers and really friendly staff. The new app comes with even more offers. Wouldn't recommend for an entire weekly shop but for frozen and store cupboard they're great

Today was my first trip to Iceland and I had a lovely time. I had no idea that you had to break your way into the Frozen entrance using a pick axe but I had a large lunch so it was a good way to burn off a few calories. Once inside I was greeted by my chaparone with 6 huskies and a sled at the ready. We flew down the aisles at a rapid pace and I just managed to get all the items I needed including a TGI Fridays New York cheesecake and boneless wings. The weather got a little worse towards the checkout and I think another shopper had died of hypothermia next to the crisps, but I didn't let that put me off and managed to get a 6 pack of skips by moving their frozen corpse out of the way. 10/10 overall, would definitely go back but will wear some warmer clothes next time.

A nice clean and well stocked Iceland store. The staff are cheerful and helpful and the queuing time is usually short. I'm particularly fond of the hotdog stuffed crust pizza they sell so I visit quite often.

Both of us are vulnerable so we have been self isolating. We have had a lot of trouble getting a delivery slot with all the big supermarkets. After sitting up until midnight and still not getting a slot we looked at Iceland. Iceland have been a god send for us. I have managed to get 3 orders delivered the following day.
I would like to say Thank you to all the hard working Iceland staff who have given a 110% service through these hard to hards times we are going through .

Great shop situated in the town. The staff are always kind and helpful and the shelves are always stocked up. They have also adapted well to the current situation

Great range and great prices. Staff are all very friendly and their delivery drivers are the best.

Good place to get your frozen bits. Has a good selection of food. You can also pick up some fridge stuff here.
