AR Convenience Store

Always use this shop for my gas top up and other.
I can't under stand why so many bad reviews .
I find the gentleman that serves me to be quite approachable and has a nice rapport with his costumers.
We are all human and maybe some of his customers observation of his attitude are over exaggerated .

Great team , good stock, nice atmosphere, lovely customer service, keep it up 👍🏽😎

I have seen the other reviews about this shop. I was met with a very different experience. I dropped off 3 Yodel parcels this morning and the man was most pleasant. He said he hoped to see me in store again.
Convenient for me as it is close to my workplace in Highams Park.

I have used this store a few times in the past couple of years and my experiences range from "fine" to "awkward". The guy serving is SOMETIMES polite and SOMETIMES rude. The store is convenient for the area, but if it's a choice between shopping here and walking a few extra yards to buy the same item then it's worth the extra couple of minutes to avoid this store. Sorry, but the negative reviews here are completely justified.

The old man with glasses might be the rudest, miserable and unhappy person I ever met in a customer facing role, not hello, not thanks, and always complaining for whatever he can’t process because is out of his capacity.
The other man is really sweet and polite but is hardly ever there.
I wish inpost have more lockers available just to avoid being treat so bad just for picking a package

I go to this shop often and I’m not going to lie the way the oldest shop keeper treats me had started getting to me .the way he acts is like I have done something to him when I am nothing but polite to him. So I decided to look at the shop reviews and I see it’s not only me he is rude to. I thought he was just racist but from the reviews it seems he’s like this with all races .People in the reviews writing don’t listen to these negative reviews clearly have the mentality of” if he’s not rude to me people must be lying ”-_- do you know how rude someone has to be for anyone to thing “I need to leave a bad review “ ?? This guy picks and chooses who he’s nice to you never know what you’re going to get with him .even though this shop is very convenient and close to my house ill be walking further for my items as he doesn’t deserve no one’s money. this man once complained because I came into the shop a second day in a row and asked how much is on my Oyster card and he moaned “you can’t keep asking that “ so I can’t ask how much is on my Oyster card to see how much I should top up ……really ???? He Even shouted at me because his card machine wasn’t working once .I have story’s for days about this rude man I could actually write a book .life is hard enough without his rudeness .one positive is the younger shop keeper is very nice I feel a relief when he’s serving but this shop we get no more money from me

I wanted to post parcel using a digital label. One of the men at the till is generally rude and unwilling help (or even just extend is hand to grab you items or scan QR codes). The rest of the staff is lovely.
This morning, the service was not working and he just said "come back later". Provided no explanations, timeline or plan as to how this was going to be resolved. Obviously, did not care at all how long I had walked to get there.
I'm very sorry to give this review because the shop is otherwise well located and convenient.

Had a parcel to drop off and was met with terrible customer service. The man working there wouldn't take my parcel as he said there was a 10kg limit (I've sinced check with fedex and this isn't a rule). The parcel was 11kg. I accepted his response no problem but he refused to help me try and find another drop shop (I didn't have a phone) despite it only taking 2 seconds of his time. There was nobody else in the shop to serve.

I live just up the road and asked if I could leave my parcel in the back to collect later as I had it taped to my bicycle and had cut off the tape with nothing left to reattach it and he refused.

Completely uncaring for no reason. Will never go there again.

This has to be the worst local corner shop. Several times I have popped in there for something, mostly drinks or confectionery items like chocolate, all brought and returned items out of date. Again just tryin on the off chance out of date stock on most chocolates... what are they doing in there that they can not keep stock in rotation and in date I'm going to report them now it's ridiculous

The closest Collect plus parcel drop of point (asos, H & M, etc returns) near me but i am really disappointed in staff. The gentleman is awkwardly rude and you feel like have i done something wrong. I won’t like to go there again but its the only one which offers collect plus service in the area. And there is no printing service for return labels either.

The guy serving was SO rude to me yesterday when I went to drop off a parcel. He needs to learn some manners. Disgraceful service and I will never go there again!

Dreadful customer service. Twice I have been in to post something and both times I’ve been met with “the machine isn’t working”. We’re talking months in between. So rude and just unhelpful. Will always avoid and go elsewhere.

I came to use the collect + return service in the store on more than one occasion and without fault the store owner said “what you want” then just stares at me as if I’ve said something rude. It I knew how I’d report him to collect +. Horrible service from this store!

Can't belive how rude and arrogant the man was would not go in again only went in to drop parcel of got shouted at and frew the parcel on the counter after I told him hermes

AVOID THIS STORE. GUY WHO RUNS THE STORE IS ANNOYING. THIS STORE IS LOSTED AS A DROP OFF POINT BUT WONT ALLOW PARCELS TO BE DROPPED OFF.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!
