Great service from Yaz my phone had completely died and he saw me through transferring my data and choosing/setting up a new phone with attentiveness and care. Even though the process itself did take a while, we had a really nice chat and I felt very looked after :)

Was extremely pleased with my service! I was helped by a kind man named Yaz I believe. He helped me upgrade my phone within 10 minutes! i was really stressed out since i had to go on holiday in the next three days but within those 10 minutes he explained and finalized everything about the upgrade thoroughly, as well as answer any questions me and my mother had for him patiently and respectfully. I took my 89 year old aunt yesterday to buy a mobile phone for her. She was understandably nervous and I was incredibly impressed by the high level of service, kindness and consideration we were given by Yaz He went above and beyond to help and I cannot recommend him and this store enough.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable; one of them, wearing an hijab, helped me switch the SIM card to an e-SIM. I highly recommend this store.

I’ve been having difficulty communicating my problems and frustrations over the phone to three even considered leaving and finding a new provider. However, I past the wembley three store on my way to work and decided to give it one last go. I was served by a lovely young men called yaz who was most helpful and was able to explain the issues I’ve been having!

Brilliant customer service, I went there two Saturday's ago to check if an old SIM card could be activated so I can have a phone during the weekend (I forgot my smartphone at work and couldn't retrieve until Tuesday) yaz who I believe is the shop assistant manager there adviced me to get a replacement SIM card with my number and offered me a basic smartphone so I could use it with "whatsapp and Facebook included". He did all the setting up in minutes and voila! Have everything needed to communicate with people back on again. Seriously impressed!

Yaz at wembley branch was excellent in helping me choose my new phone, figuring out the best contract for me and transferring my data across. He did not rush me as closing time neared! Also, he has saved me money (£100s) on my annual BT broadband costs by switching me to three 5g broadband Overall, a great customer experience .

I have been with Vodafone for past 10 years recently was having too many issues so I pop down to three Wembley today I met with very friendly and professional staff which I never got with Vodafone for past 10 years the only reason I was with them was because they cheap.
First impression is a last, I manage to get a best deal with my phone contract and also on my broadband. Quality service by yaz if there was 10 star I would be happy to give for his service. He was confident and
knowledgeable plus he was so polite and patient to my Authestic brother who was giving a hard time but yazwas extremely patient towards him. Thank you.

Today in three store wembley, I had to do change my contract and an employee named yaz helped me so much and explained everything in as full detail as possible. I really appreciate his help. He is a very hard working and great asset to the store.

I have visited London and unfortunately my battery died due to taking too many pictures. I tried to look for the charger boxes that I read about on internet. Unfortunately there are no longer in John Lewis store. My last chance was to go my mobile provider. I explained my situation to yaz who was very helpful and allowed me to charge my phone there. He was very kind and understanding. Thank you yaz .
