A Really lovely store, the store manager is lovely and the team are super helpful, always greeted with a smile! We’re in and out all the time, fantastic selection of crafts, books etc. love having this store on our door step!! X

Yesterday, (14th April) I went to your branch in Woodley - my first visit. I was most impressed with the range of your stock and the way merchandise was displayed. I was especially impressed by your sales assistant , who was helpful, informative and very pleasant. Thank you -I shall return!

This shop is a great addition to our small town. I find myself in there a few times a week, picking up little bits and pieces for home or work. The staff are welcoming, and always have a biscuit on hand for my pup. Great service - keep it up!

I have shopped in this store since it opened, and only over the last few months have I really seen the store in such a positive light. The staff have always been great, and over the last few months they seem much happier which is so nice to see people enjoy their jobs. Also with the warmer atmosphere the store seems more organised and welcoming. I don't normally give feed back, but the change has been so positive, I just had to say something. Some of your other stores can learn a lesson from this store.

I have been going to this branch for two years now. Its a great little shop and the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Christine, nothing is too much for this lady. So pleased she recently became the manager as her customer service is impeccable and she always makes time to advise or chat, no matter how snowed under she is.
