I have been going to this shop for year's They are alway's on there phone's but they do not rob people of there money. Just trying to make money for there family.

Have insisted they stop talking on the phone whilst they serve me, they treat you like a walking wallet.
Rude and not your friendly corner shop.

Literal robbers.
Charging £4 for a 5 pack of bacon because it doesn't have a price tag on it. They just make their own prices up and overcharge, robbing money from their customers. Buying a few items that should cost £3 and charged over £8.50. And it's every time you go, not just once. It's disgusting that they're robbing money off people, especially when this is a shop you've supported for years and then they start doing this. Even called them out on it and they still do it. They ask why I add up on my calculator at the til, yet they still do it.
Given you enough chances now. Not again. Disgusting robbers.
If you ever go this shop check every price they put through as they make it up, and you'll always end up paying loads over what the items actually cost. Jokes they are, that's what you do to your community who support you for years. Sharing on all community places, you don't deserve customers with the way you rob from them.

I went store yesterday bought 5 items , loaf 1.55 , sweets £1 , crisps 1.25 ,total £3.80 & iceberg and cucumber, only realised last night charged 7.80 so charged me £4.00 for iceberg and cucumber
, this is way over top, or make prices up at the till.i won't be going to this store again . And warn people to check before buy .

cheeky robbers tried to yell at my mate for asking what the price was for a pack of sweets, always upping the prices,rude,not enough staff,closes for random times in the day the practically charge you for going into the shop not to mention they are always on the phone when serving me and other people PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE!!! its sad to think that there is not many shops around wavertree so its the only shop i go to so i try to get everything i need or want while im out shopping but if i dont i end up going i have to go but honestly i hope this shop gets shut down

Locked me in the shop and closed the shutters on me tried to search me I called the police so they let me out, they rang other workers and tried to get them to stop me but they wouldn’t. (written by my 10 yr old daughter). Avoid this shop!

Went in with Paypoint voucher from Liverpool City Council but they point blankly refused to cash it, they are quick enough to take your money but not paying back, I have spent hundreds over the last few years but will never go back again!

I am blind and I use a long cane. when I tried to go in the owner slammed the door in my face and refused me entry.

Sells counterfeit Cigarettes, selling them to kids,refusing to exchange a voucher from LCC,saying they have no money in the till
