The staff member I spoke with was very helpful. On asking me my requirements instead of offloading whatever they had in-store he helped in directing me to their online offerings which suited my needs better for my budget.
So I have ordered for collection in-store.
It means I have to return in a few days but will get a laptop that suits my son's needs better.

After a bad experience in Curry's white city, I went to Trafford centre and tried again.
Lee's assistance was exceptional, very helpful and absolute star.
I'll come back there as their service is way beyond the level I've seen in other Curry's shops.

Collected a phone that had been delivered to store. Plenty of staff available. There was a slight delay in locating the parcel, but wasn’t an issue as staff communication was good and they apologised for the slight wait. Staff were friendly.

Went in to collect my item, met at the door by an Adviser who asked how could he help? Asked to follow and he sorted my collection quickly and efficiently, once done asked if there was anything else he could help with. Happy to return to store again .

Really handy having this place in The Traff. Usually only ever found in retail parks on the outskirts of town. Staff are super helpful especially if you manage to find a professional in the required tech your looking at. Fast and simple and never had any problem finding items in stock.

Quick and easy visit. Didn't have in stock what I wanted. Arranged next day delivery to my home which arrived on time. Staff friendly and helpful

The staff are really friendly and helpful (shout out to Chris!!). Helped find the right laptop for me. I'm really indecivesive, but he was really patient and gave me all the specs for the laptops I was looking at. Staff know what they're talking about and are genuine in trying to get the best deal for their customers. Definitely would go back to shop there.

Five Stars for (Brad) today Friday the 2nd of Dec for his fantastic customer service. He sold us a Samsung phone and smart watch, found us exactly what we were looking for and went that extra mile too "well done currys"

I went in today to pick up an Echo after literally the world’s hardest time to try and get this (was a wedding gift) and I didn’t have the best attitude at all. I’m so ashamed to say! I was so frustrated and I really unloaded on the sales staff sadly - not my proudest moment! But I just want to thank Ryan - he kept his calm and was so understanding and helped me and I left not only happy, with an Echo in hand, but really appreciative of the staff and training they’ve had and so grateful it was him to offered to help us. So can’t say a bad word about the company or sales staff - I can however have a word with myself and my grumpy attitude. Thank you so much Ryan.

Staff are lovely and there very knowledgeable. They sell everything from smart watches, laptops, portable/wireless chargers and phones. Keep up the the good work.

The store is well stocked and the staff polite and eager to please.
I've been looking to purchase a Surface Pro 4, m3 version and though only the i5 version was on display, the staff were incredibly helpful, they got one out for me and though it took 10 minutes to get it started they were patient all the way through.

Super helpful, friendly staff. Was just giving up on what laptop to buy when a staff member came and asked me if I needed help. Ended up finding my dream laptop (which wasnt on display), allowing me to unpackage and try it out. Staff gave great deals on the overall product/hardware and set it all up for me. Thank you so much

I have visited your store in The Trafford Centre earlier today and was met by Ricardo. I have to say Ricardo is an ‘Absolute Credit’ to Currys PC World/Carphone Warehouse. I have been in customer service myself for 36 years and can honestly say Ricardo is more than Five Star. He is Warm, Welcoming, Super Professional, Extremely Knowledgeable & can’t do enough to ensure customers leave your store Happy. One stop shop for all things electrical if you cant wait for the net to deliver. Nicely laid out & helpful staff. If you have a store close by then that's a great help as you can see before you commit.

Love getting my gadgets from here, but the staff and organisation really needs revamping. The staff don't seem to know about the products as half of them seem to be just school leavers and don't seem to care about customer service, there never seems to be enough staff as I am always waiting to be seen or assisted.

Brilliant. Helped us get a switch for our son and looked through the 100 switch games under the counter :)

Great value for their products and staff are always really helpful in helping you to find exactly what you need.

I have never really shopped here before until my computer broke and all my friends said I should have gone to PC World so I did and have no ragrets.
