Central Co-op Food - Market Harborough

Another good Co-op branch in Market Harborough where we pop in to shop if we're in town for shopping or some lunch.

All automated tills now, that's the first I've seen without any operators. One less chance to pass the time of day with someone, I suppose....

A good shop otherwise, well set out and with a good bakery section.

One of the larger Co-op stores but still quite small. Could be cheaper, especially given the other more affordable supermarkets in town. Some staff are nice, one was rude.

Staff lovely and helpful. Much appreciate them being kind and understanding with an oldie...such a lovely lady on the bakery counter who served me with croissants on Sunday 11th October just after the store opened. Good attention to making sure that necessary till/tills are open as customers arrive to pay.

The shop was almost empty so I felt safe going round. I went to drop off a parcel which is a useful service they provide. Bought their sausages(they are the best) and chicken Kiev. They were plump and full of flavour. Yum yum

Aww, everyone is ever so kind & helpful, it's perfect for a little browse and pick up some extra special ingredients that you can't get in some other Supermarkets without leaving our little town. Great fresh bread & Gluten Free Section and very well stocked. Nip later of the eve for knock down quality price Groceries, Dairy & all that Jazz. OX tongue anyone? 😉

Well stocked clean store. Most notably the offer of a free disposable mask if you forget your own I thought was a brilliant idea. The store is well spaced out with plenty of room to pass.

Just picked up one of their £5.00 meal deals for a family from the freezer section. When money is tight they do have some great deals.

Spotless and clean ! The staff was friendly and helpful ! So no gripes whatsoever !

Nice and clean and very tidy shop with great Isle space. Easy to find everything you need. All the staff I've met have been really nice.

Great range of prepared gourmet meals which can feed up to 4 people. Best stocked Co-op I have been to and has a large car park behind.

The Co-operative is probably the most expensive supermarket here bar Waitrose. However to my taste it does have the best bread and the best food. You can get Costa Coffee here as well. Drivers in the limited car park tend to park inconsiderately of disabled drivers. The layout of the carpark needs a rethink.

Pretty decent co-op. Good choice of ready meals too.
Couldn't find the Mumtaz curries though
They are simply the best ready meal curries in the land!

Very helpful staff and some great plants outside to browse before going inside.

Good stock of goods for what basically is a convenience store. Very helpful staff. Just a little walk from Union Wharf so convenient for visiting boaters.

A great environment to shop. Great products, staff always willing to help.

It's not the cheapest supermarket but it does have a wide range of products that you would expect and very friendly and helpful staff who make sure I'm served promptly.

Decent sized shop, well stocked and not full if people. I like coop products too. I also prefer it to all major chains
