Place ok .nothing to right home about.

Just been to pick a click and collect parcel, shop keeper scanned the barcode and said the parcel wasn't there, he wouldn't bother looking for it and told me to contact click and collect. The item must be there as the messages I received to advise me it was ready to collect are generated when the collection point scan it when they receive it. No idea how to get my item, they clearly aren't interested in offering click and collect so why bother?

AVOID! Aggressive lady in tiny shop, my first eBay click'n'collect and had received no notification but saw package had been delivered there, she demanded a barcode I didn't have and berated me for not having it saying that was none of her problem and that she was soon going to return the box as it was large and in her way (it was on the top of her cold cabinets). She complained about eBay and said lots of customers didn't receive notifications but that she always sent them as soon as the parcels arrived, said she'd sent it to my phone and it was my fault and not hers (no blame was being suggested) and that it wasn't up to her to tell me if it would come to me by mobile or via the eBay App, several times aggressively telling me I couldn't have the parcel without a barcode for her to scan (the parcel now identified and being held by her on the other side of the screen) and that she always sends the barcode and it's not her fault. Then finally she re-sent the message and I received the email with the barcode within about a minute. Hmmm. A simple and apparently regular situation blown into an unnecessary and easily solve drama - I left feeling like I'd been in a car crash!

Worst Sainsburys ever! Customer service was better than usual tho. Was looking round the aisles for hours for chicken that wasnt even there. A lot smaller than the other sainsburys and should of said on the outside it was an Express. Was small enough to keep a pair of shoes in and have no more room

Unhelpful rude and offensive was told i needed an education very bad service then returned my purchase from ebay that i was trying to collect

cashier didn't give change back when I did shopping when the other worker told him to give me change and was very rude
