The size of the store is quite big.Good choices of fragrance available for Male and female.Very helpful staff on Pharmacy side.sometime it becomes crowded due to self scanning on checkout station.
Good selection of kids clothes. My Mrs always choose cosmetics from Boots which someone make my tour costly.
Hard to find parking close by .Recommended? Yes

Went to boots in fort and had THE best customer service from 3 members of staff. I went in with my mom to buy her some makeup and they made sure we were seen to quickly and found everything we needed. In particular the makeup artist Jess (from the nyx stand) helped us SO much and made the whole process enjoyable- from telling them what we wanted and Jess suggesting complementing products. Not only is Jess a valuable makeup artist/sales assistant but an amazing person as her kindness and genuine love for makeup and interacting with and helping people was evident throughout the whole process.

Quite a big store, l only go there now and again. I went to treat myself on boxing and brought some parfum. Lady Staff member was really helpful.

security guard Nasa was really helpful had a tag from another shop that he dealt with for me.

Boots was my first experience as a cosmetic beauty shopping after shifting from Pakistan, so the experience was excellent. I am using their products they work great and suit my skin type and also quite cheap. Apart from this, they have a variety of different products from skin to babies products, so in one shop, you can find anything and their online services are also very good and reliable, will purchase from them again.

Helpful gentleman who was patient and a ‘good listener’. I informed him that I had noticed a promotion on the internet for a free 3 months supply of vitamin D3 with a purchase of selected products. He did his best to locate the offer on his phone and consulted with the manager to try to find the offer. Alas, it was an online offer only. I do not shop online, hence, could not take advantage of the offer. I was pleased that he tried to locate the offer for me and explained it.
I am a mature shopper and appreciated his patience.

You can get medicine, gift sets, make-up, perfumes and sanitary pads, baby lotion and many more

Clean and spaced shop. Good customer service

Good pharmacy. Big shop, bit pricey but lots of choice. Self serve tills, you can still use your Boots points at. Would recommend. Would advise parking underground as it's much quicker to get in/out than the top car park which can get really busy.

Very big store....bargains galore. And a pharmacy. Tills all self service...dislike this. Mothercare range of clothes huge...lovely clothes. Bit pricey but worth it.

Large Boots with many facilities inside, including a Pharmacy, Opticians etc. Staff are friendly and there is of course the Forts free parking.

In and out got what I was searching for then joined the traffic trying to leave Fort Dunlop which is another story.

Lovely friendly staff member who served me. Went beyond and helped me with everything I was looking for.

I used the photo lab to reprint some old photographs that were stored on my phone. Very easy and cheap to do. Not many places offer this service now so very useful to have this option here

Popped in to grab a few Christmas presents they had what I went in for, the lady was very helpful when selecting the perfumes
