Nice, friendly, informative and very helpful. Prices on vape oils, coils and new vape pens etcetera are within normal rates. Worth popping in.

I have been buying my Vape juice from here for a few months now. The guys that run the shop are always friendly and helpful. There is a wide selection of juices and some mods / pod systems also. They run a loyalty scheme, you get 1 stamp for each purchase. 10 purchases and you get £10 of your next purchase.

Fantastic customer service, went in to get a replacement mod as mine had failed. Customer assistant was both friendly and knowledgable. A great experience! Would highly recommend this shop.

Very friendly service. The person who served me knew what he was on about and directed me in the correct way. "Regrettably the strength I chose was to strong" so I went back in today to seek his advice which he gave me, he also gave me the solution free of charge. Will defiantly be using them again, I will also recommend to my friends.

Excellent service, thought I needed a new whole new vape and would of purchased one, the chap there done a quick fix and it’s as good as new. Could of spent £££ instead only a couple of pounds on some juice.

Came in unsure what coil I needed. He knew in a instant! Friendly and great store.

There is an amazing member of staff there that has helped me both times going in, lost my vape and had to get a replacement! Was very helpful, helped set up the new vape. Juices are very reasonably priced as well as nic shots. There is a loyalty stamp thing at this shop! . Which is really good. I would totally recommend this vape shop! Amazing customer service.

Always great to see Sean at Urban Vape. He's so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He found the perfect vape for me and advised me on coils and liquids. PLUS he has a loyalty scheme too! What's not to like?!

Great customer service and a good variety of products. I suggest a wider variety of products specialised into own built coils but I might assume that it might not be as common in this area. The assistant was very helpful in the decision of which E-Juice to go for. Definitely recommended

Never really used high street shops in past, always over priced, poor selections, so jumped online to get juice, coils etc, friend of mine recommended this place to me and honestly best shop I have been too, great guys who run the shop, always feel welcome to chat about anything vape or life in general, superb selection of juice, equipment and price is second to none, have stopped buying online completely and will only use these guys for my vaping gear... Would highly recommend Urban vape to all vape users... They won't be beaten!
