Bathroom TV

I ordered a 24” mirror tv from Jason really nice guy to deal with very very swift with the delivery absolutely over the moon with the service. Unfortunately the TV came with a crack on the screen. No I do not think this represents them as a company as they have many many happy customers. We are currently in the process of returning the TV for hopefully a replacement. Let’s see how they deal with this but so far so good I hope all goes well and I will keep you up to date, but I think I have just been unlucky.

Really good customer service, bought a bathroom tv months back but have only just installed but the remote wasn’t working. They sent out a replacement and it came the next morning! Really impressed thank you.

We purchased the 19” smart bathroom Tv.
The picture quality is great for such a small tv, is crisp and very colourful. It sounds really good too.
The controller is not easy to understand and it was left to our teenager to work out how to connect the the wifi and download the necessary apps.
To navigate Netflix is a bit complicated. The blue button changes it to mouse mode. This was not advised anywhere so a useful piece of information if you are reading this review.
Purchased for hubby and he is now very happy.
We downloaded Spotify for him, and he has adjusted the base!!! Happy bunny. Little things......
Highly recommend this tv for anyone looking for a bathroom tv and the Company have been good with all communications. :)

Purchased a waterview bathroom tv. Great tv but sadly after a month the tv remote was working intermittently. After changing the batteries I contacted the Bathroom TV Store for advice. Literally 24 hours later a new remote control was sent to my home. Fabulous customer service, quick delivery of replacement part and great follow up too! Would thoroughly recommend this company. 👍🏻

Ordered a 19" Smart Mirror TV, I called beforehand to ask a couple of questions before placing the order and spoke to someone who was able to answer every question I had which was great.

Item was delivered very quickly and was well packaged. Haven't installed it yet but have given it a quick test and it looks and sounds great - connected to the WIFI with no issues which was a big requirement of mine.

Glad I made the decision to buy this one after many hours of research.
Bathroom TV's are rare, to say the least, so finding the right one wasn't easy.

Shocking customer service. Bought one of their TVs, when it arrived we realised it was too big so wanted to send it back and reorder a smaller version. Emailed the returns team who were very unhelpful. I had to find a courier myself to send the item back which cost me a lot of money and when I emailed them to acknowledge the return they are ignoring my emails and calls. I’m yet to receive confirmation of my return or my refund but once I receive this I certainly won’t be shopping with them again!!

Really poor quality, our TV broke after 12 months, they initially tried to get us to buy a new remote which we did, but didn't work and they eventually sent out a new part. This broke again after 12 months and now they are refusing to do anything about it, even though they have admitted the part we have is faulty. This company is a scam, look elsewhere!

Dreadful company. The support is zero. The TV would not produce sound and they were no help at all. I ended up paying a local company to fix it for me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are RIP OFFs!!! SENDS OUT FAULTY TVS THEN HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!! THESE ARE A SCAMMERS!!!!!!!
