James was very helpful when he came to give us a quote and put our minds at rest how furniture, clothing and fragile items would be covered and packed.
Rocky and his team are a credit to the company as they were so friendly and polite and took great care of our belongings, both on removal and when placing into our new home. We cannot thank them enough for making what we thought would be a stressful day, go with ease. Moving everything into our new home was a breeze and they were so considerate in where we wanted things placed and they even laid out garden table, seats and tubs etc with care and thought.
I would recommend Premier to anyone in the future.

Even when our moving date changed at very short notice before Christmas she was so pro active at accommodating us in ! 👍👍
On the day… well this must have been the windiest , wettest day of the year 😳, but Matt and Josh turned up and were so helpful and positive about the whole move even though I was worried like mad that the wind might mean they needed to cancel, well done you guys, you got wet ( very wet) at times but helped us get in our new build calmly and organised
I would definitely recommend this company as it stood out from all the rest when I initially started calling round firms to get information

A little late posting this review as moved to new house and only just installed internet.
Premier was outstanding considering it was a very last minute booking...the night before our move. Everthing went brilliantly. The crew were outstanding in ensuring a very professional move.
for us. They all went over and above in the service they gave, along with putting our minds at ease. They were all very pleasant extremely helpful, and very easy to get on with. An excellent company with very friendly staff. In fact exceptional.

James and his team recently completed our split move from home to storage then storage to our new home 120 miles away. The team led by Tall James were very professional, courteous and nothing was a problem for them. It was a pleasure to have them moving us and would definitely recommend them to anybody else. James came out on time for our assessment and quote for removal with storage..... and what a pleasant chap he is. I wouldn't hesitate to put him and his company forward to anyone needing house removal services.

James and the team made the process very easy. I was worried about my heavy furniture but Rocky and the team made light work of everything. Great communication all the way and all I had to do was feed the team with lots of sugar. Thank you for everything I will be recommending you to friends and family.

I chose not to us Premier for our move, and therefore I cannot rate the quality of the removal service. However, the response to my enquiry was very professional and friendly, and it was convenient to complete the survey via WhatsApp. The quotation was competitively priced and came with a high standard of information. But I had already given my word to another mover that contacted me with the quote the evening before and I chose to honour this arrangement.

For sure I will come directly to Premier when I require removal services in future as they were head and shoulders above many of the companies I contacted in regard to the customer service and level of professionalism.

I have recently moved using Premier Movers - they were incredible. They arrived on time, they packed the house into their lorry without any help or issues. Upon arriving at the new property they unloaded the contents of the lorry in the correct rooms of the new house efficiently and without any hassle.
Throughout the process they were respectful, efficient, and great at communication. 10/10 I would certainly use them again.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, great company to deal with and the men who do the removals are super efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent removals, reliable, methodical and caring for our belongings. Premier Movers are a professional, well organised removals company. We have been very happy with them both in organising and doing the removals. They are approachable and really listen to what we expected from them and they delivered that and more. James and his team were so incredible kind and helpful. The item they moved for me was incredibly valuable to me, and it was moved with such care and consideration. They got to me the same day as I enquired, which is unheard of. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We chose Premier Movers, over a number of competitors. Reading through their literature, policies and comparing them with others, we felt that they offered, by far, the best, most competitive and comprehensive service. James & Verity kept in touch with us throughout, even when the date of the move changed. On the day of the move Josh & Rocky, our two removal men, just got on with the job and made it seem easy. They were kind, considerate and continually asked our thoughts on what we felt was important to us. They loaded and unloaded in a systematic way, taking care with all our items and loaded them accordingly. When they got to the other they unloaded everything into each requested room. We could not fault the company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.

Absolutely a brilliant service. Emptied our home, loaded the van and returned to the depot for overnight storage. The following day the same two wonderful guys arrived at our new home and had to scale two staircases to our second floor apartment. No trouble for these two, they were fabulous. Nothing too much trouble and they made sure we were content with their service before they left. Can’t speak highly enough of this company, pure contentment from beginning to end. Hope not to move again but if we did, they would be the first to contact and I would not require any others quotes, they were fantastic. Thank you Premier Movers, GREAT!

Premier Movers managed a local move for me under challenging and sensitive circumstances, and their service from start to finish was exemplary. Every member of the team was professional, courteous and helpful, and communication and flexibility were great throughout. I recently used Premier Movers to store my furniture for 6 months while I was between house moves and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. The whole moving process was pretty stressful but James, Verity and the team at Premier were wonderfully efficient and really made the process effortless for me. Premiere Movers were absolutely excellent from start to finish with both of our moves. We felt the service was second to none with nothing being much trouble. The office staff were friendly and helpful and i'd like to personally thank Carl and Jake for all their hard work and the care they took when moving our stuff. We chose Premier after meeting James the owner who showed us around the storage facilities answered our questions and we accepted their quote. James and Phil moved our furniture into storage and 10 months later moved us into our new home. At all times the team were really professional caring and courteous. Premier Movers looked after us completely over two days packing and moving. With two small children we used the packing service which was invaluable. They were extremely professional but friendly and helpful which was the reason we went with them in the first place. A great team with the move well organised and arranged.
